4 AnswersCats6 years agoIntroducing a ragdoll kitten to my adult ragdoll?
I'm getting a ragdoll kitten from the same breeder who I got my adult ragdoll from 5 years ago. I want to know the best way to introduce them based on my adult cats personality.
A little background:
We will be getting a male kitten and our adult is a female. I recently fostered a puppy. I did notning to ease the introduction between the puppy and my 5 year old raggy- just let the puppy run into the house and see her. My raggy didn't care at all. She didn't act differently or get angry at all except for one time when pup tried to play too rough, she swatted pups nose but not angrily, more of a warning. Anyway, based on this info, what do you think? I know introducing a pup and cat is different but want an opinion based on this experience.
1 AnswerCats6 years agoIm a college student. Should I get a dog?
I've been thinking of getting a dog for over 2 months now. My class schedule makes it so the pup would never be alone for more than about 3 hours (I will crate train her). My weekly income is about 160+ a week and I am able to bring a dog to my place of work so she wouldn't be alone then either. I don't go out on weekends, if I do its MAYBE once a month. I want a dog so that I have something to take care of and nurture. I have pets at home and really miss the companionship and responsibility. I know there's a lot of skeptics when it comes to owning a dog in college so I wanna hear your opinions... If you've had a dog in college, please share your experience
