I was in a car wreck 7/15/09 that injured me with whiplash and upper back injury. Of course after many dr's visits, physical therapy, and pain management 4 injections in upper spine for neck and nerves going down the left arm. My dr's suggested surgery. It's name Arnold Chiari Decompression? If you have or can give me any help pls get back with me.

Was in car accident that left me injured and have been living in chronic pain since. My pcp told me it would help me heal quicker and referred me. I have never been to one and am unaware of this whole situation. I can say since the accident my life has turned upside down and i have changed dramatically. Well trying to manage the pain. Here lately I get very anxious and start to panic when I feel the pain intensifying. I thought I was handling it well, but now I think im in depression. I have four young children. Dealing with this has been a life changing experience. Any answers will help. Thanks

My sister who is 47 is leaving her husband. She is moving from up north Tex down south Tex. She was a stay at home mom of 4 children. So Her husband paid all the bills including owning his own house. She has no credit. No job right now. Does anyone have good info for this situation?? Pls help.

Was in a car accident that left me injured in neck and upper back , resulting in shoulder pain. Today has been a bad day. I am on vicodin and darvocet for pain. And nothing is helping me right now!! I am in soo much pain.I don't want to go to ER cause I have dr appt tomorrow but i need some ideas to soothe this pain. It really is almost unbearable.

i was injured in car accident tomorrow it will be 1 yr that i've been dealing with chronic pain and physical therapy. I feel so down been tired of all this. I'm so miserable. I just want to throw the towel in. What can i do to want to continue to live this painful(literally) life? And am i depressed? I'm alwas tired always sleeping,never wanting to leave home. i don't wear make up anymore, have been gaining weight.what can I do? Could careless about how other see me. pls help.

How can one truly forgive some one who has caused lots of pain? How can one allow to be willing to forgive someone who has hurt someone to the point of feeling like death? I need an answer from any christian or non perspective. If Jesus forgave us. How do we do the same?

My daughter is 8 and very silly she is a very sweet, and extremely smart . But she likes to play all the time even when I tell her to do her chores. How can I get her to mind me and do as I say? I don't want to beat her, so please don't say that. I need creativity or ideas to get her to do as I say. Thanks.

So my little niece who is 6 will be coming to spend the night with me. I really love her. She's been wanting to come stay with me and my 4 children. My loving husband will be with us as well. I live with chronic pain from a car accident and have very little tolerance even for my own children. My 12 year old says she loves the idea of her cousin sleeping over and that she'll help out a lot. Which she does since i've been injured. My niece is way active and sometimes can throw tantrums, and can cry for a long time(if she don't get her way). I love children but since the accident I have less patience? So any ideas would be awesome for me to care for her in the best way I can. Thanks..

I have been dealing with chronic pain for a year(July 15). I was in a car accident that left me injured in my neck and back and my shoulders. Since then everyday is a nightmare of pain. I thought maybe someone else has gone through the same thing. I just want to know how you handle it? Im on med's, and in physical therapy (have been in physical therapy since Aug of 09). I have had numerous xrays, mri's, cat scans, I have also had cortisone injections in my back. Please any advise will help. And thanks in advance. I am a mother of 4 children. They have suffered with me in the sense that I am not well. I know they suffer. How can i handle all this suffering and torment? It's an everyday battle. Oh and the woman who wrecked in to us was texting. So for all you who text and drive, you should STOP!! Because that causes accidents and wrecks ppl's lives.

What is depression and what are it's symptoms? How does one talk about it and when is a physiologist needed?

My baby hates sharing with her older brother's and sister's and if they yell at her she'll throw whatever she has in her hand's at them.[even a phone!!]

My 2 year old has a really loud high pitched scream. I mean whenever she does everyone in the room has ringing in there ears. And going out is almost impossible with her because when she screams the whole room gets quiet and every eye is on us. Looking at us in disgust. What can I do to make her stop?It is very embarrassing. Any ideas will help. Thanks.
