I need to loose 50+ pounds and I want to also be physically fit, not just thinner

The package came with a glue bottle and a tip applicator. However, the tip part doesn't seem to fit onto the glue part. Is it supposed to screw together? Did I not cut it enough? I am very frustrated because the applicator leaks out of the bottom because it isn't sealed to the glue tube. My fingers have glue on them, but the caps aren't staying on the claws. I can't tell if the glue is going in or not because I have clear caps, and clear glue, so I can't see if there is any glue in the cap or not. Any advice would greatly be appreciated.

My ex drinks and drives with my two children in the car. I have asked him to stop and he promises he will. However, my kids tell me he is still doing it. He did it this weekend, according to my daughter. My son lives with him, and I am worried that he is going to cause them harm. Is calling DHR a way for me to get him to stop? Is there anything else I could do? I can not prove he is doing it, other than my children tell me so.

I've noticed that sometimes he will bob his head in one spot and "dab" his nose onto things like the floor or whatever he is standing on. Is he just trying to smell it better, or what?

My family always gets together on Christmas day for lunch. This past summer I met a wonderful man, and he has since proposed. We recently moved in together. I am torn between the two, because either one would be nice to do. At first, I told my Mom that I was thinking about not going, just staying home. When she asked why, I told her the truth, that my fiancee wants to do that. She was upset, and told me she felt like he is trying to isolate me from my family and that he can stay home, but that I should go. So, when I told my fiancee I thought I should go, he got angry because he wants me to stay home with him. What do I do?

I want to see what programs are running when I boot my computer, but I can not find a menu choice in the control panel that will let me see what programs have access to start up when I boot up.

I have moved, and can not find the paperwork. I now live in Alabama, and the divorce was finalized in Missouri, in mid 07. How do I get a copy of the paperwork? I do not even remember who the attorney was that did the divorce. Does the state have a place I can contact and get a new copy sent to me?

I have been having hot flashes, and then break out in hives after wards. I can not think of any other reason this would be happening. Am I too young for menopause? What else would be causing this? It just happens periodically. When I was younger I would feel this way if I had to get out in front of a group of people and speak, or was overly excited (like at my first wedding). But lately it has been happening without anything seeming to trigger it.

I can't figure out what it making it do this. Just every so often when I am moving the mouse around, the clicker turns into a Miniature scroll bar and then all it will do is scroll up and down if I keep moving the mouse. This is very counterproductive to me, and I want to turn this function off. How do I?

My fiancee proposed about a month ago. It was a surprise, because we haven't been together but a few months. We had discussed me moving in with him, and he said if we were going to do that, we should have some sort of commitment to each other (his reason for proposing). Ever since then, the whole thing has been put on hold. He has no idea when I can move in, and anytime I ask him about it, he says I am pushing him. I don't think he is even sure if he wants me to move in at all. I am confused and hurt because he keeps putting me off. Everything else in his life seems to take priority over us getting together. I feel like if he is no longer sure he wants me, then we shouldn't be engaged. I don't want to end the engagement, but I don't want to be in a fake relationship either. Should I be patient, and wait til he is ready, or should I give back the ring and find someone who knows his own mind?

He has put his life completely on hold to be sure she didnt have to go to an assisted living/nursing home, which would have depleted all the inheritance available. His mother passed away, and a will from 7 years ago is all they can find. In it, he inherits a 85,000 home and 10,000 cash. The home would have been worth much more before the housing crash, and when it was in better shape. His sister will receive the remaining stocks, which values around 300,000. In the last four years she hasnt seen her mother more than 4 times a year. If you were her, would you feel guilty?

I now need to relocate myself and my children to Tulsa, OK. My ex husband lives in Louisiana. Which state law do I need to follow as far as notifying him of my intent to move? Does Missouri still have jurisdiction, or does Alabama now have it? If he wants to file a objection to the move, where would he file it, with Missouri, or with Alabama?

I stopped taking their calls because no matter how many times I talk to them, they keep calling back over and over. They use different phone numbers to call from. They call all hours of the day ever day of the week, including Sundays. I have signed up for credit counseling and the counseling place said I was not to talk to them at all, but they STILL keep calling. Is this illegal? Can I sue them for harassment? I don't really want to sue, but I DO want the calls to stop. Any advice?
