2 AnswersPersonal Finance1 decade agoCSA Arrears. Advice Please.......?
My dad had arrears of £9000, he got them down to £1300 while he was working. He was made redundant in 2005, but they are still chasing him for the arrears. He doesn't have the money to pay this. He has written to the MP & spoken to the CSA, but nothing has changed. It has been 10 years since my sister left school and the CSA claim was closed.
Any advise would be good.
Also he doesn't get any benefits from the government, but does receive a private pension
Thanks

Hi. Im looking to rent a property from a letting agent in the UK. There looks like there is a clause in it. Other fees show "Remedial work fee, each job. £25+10%"
Is this normal for a tenant to pay costs towards repairs?

1 AnswerTVs1 decade agoPay rise. Can the company I work for cap my wages, even when everyone else has received a pay rise?
I had a regional role which paid quite well. We were taken over and my role was made redundant. I was given another job within the company. They couldnt drop my wages. But now they are saying that they are capping my wages. Can they do this? Plus I have not had anything in writing, its just what I have heard through the grapevine. Just waiting for them to put it down in writing.
Everyone else at the company has been given a pay rise.
Any thought? advice?
