my 10 yo wants a jacket that "zips all the way up", like a regular hoodie jacket, but the zipper goes over the face. I've not seen one so I am not sure what it is called or where they are sold. Thanks!

My father passed away in October 2007. My Brother in Colorado is the executor. I‘m not sure what the status of his estate is with the Probate Court. (Its in Georgia). My brother is saying that he can’t pay any of us (beneficiaries) anything until the estate is completely settled and after he pays the estate taxes. He says that won’t happen until Feb 2009. But hasn’t really given us a reason other than he has to pay taxes in Feb ‘09

For my personal situation, it would be better if I could get several small disbursements instead of one lump sum in 2009. I really need a disbursement now. Is it legal for him to make disbursements before the entire estate is settled? There is still a house and a boat pending sale, but my brother already has access to my Dad’s checking, savings, stocks /bonds, and such.

So, to those that have read my other posts, my “Mr. Lets-be-friends” called me this morning to ask if I posted his phone number on the internet for some home based business because his cell phone is blowing up with calls. I did not… but thought that was a silly form of revenge on someone. Although I would imagine it would be really annoying.

After I told him that it wasn’t me (honest it wasn’t) there was a loooong pause and he asks “are you doing ok” to which I responded yes, I’m fine.

I texted him later with the No-call registry info and told him that if I was going to try to Irk him, I would stop by his house and put a “I LUV OBAMA” sticker on his truck. He texted back that he thought that was funny…

I have no reason to try to get back at him, but thought the phone call thing was pretty funny….

So… what way have U irked your ex that wasn’t harmful, just annoying. Did it make you feel better?

So, I got the “lets be friends” statement yesterday (then he says he can’t stay cause he didn’t bring any clothes?!) Anyway…. I’m not overly torn up about it, but am a little upset.

So… now I’m feeling lonely and thinking about calling an Ex to see what they are up to and find out if they want to take me out. Heck, I don’t want to just sit around here!

BTW- this Ex came calling on me a few weeks ago, but I was still with “lets be friends guy”

Should I give “lets be friends guy” some time to figure it out, or should I call Mr. Might-not-be-the-one to satisfy this rebound urge I’m feeling?

I know I would have to pack really light. We have one fairly good size bag that sits on the back fender. Our trip will be about 5 days. Either the beach or the mountains…. Not sure yet. This is my first long trip.

Any experienced riders packing tips would be much appreciated!! Tips from the lady riders would be especially good.

I've been dating this guy for a couple months. We see each other a couple times a week. We never go anywhere and that is partly because I'm a single Mom and we've both been broke (baby sitters are high here) So we hang at my house all the time (which is boring for me)

I've been stressed lately because some things from my past have come back up and the kids and I have been sick. Both will pass.... But both have me a little more on edge than usual.

Today, out of the blue, I found out that he's been active on a dating site (today), AND he hasn't taken or returned my calls since yesterday morning....

I have probably jumped the gun a little, since it has only been since yesterday, but I called-him-out through text on the dating site thing. He hasn't returned the text or called me.... He usually sends me several text every day. But today, nothing!

Does it sound like I should just move on?

We put new toothbrushes and travel size tubes of kid tooth paste in the easter bunny baskets.

My two year old baby boy has had cough, runny nose, and congestion for about a week (whole house has it) This morning started having running stools so I put him back in diapers. Changed him atleast three times (runny and brown), then found his diaper full of nothing but clear mucus. Not streaked, not bloody. He's acting fine, but I've never seen anything like this. Is this something to worry about??

PS- he pooped again since the clear mucus. It was runny and brown.
