I have a suprv. who be- littles people talks bad to employees and becomes very raciest it's gotten so bad that the whole dapartment sign a poition to have her out but the GM hasn't done anything about besides gave her a warrning. what legal rights do we have to get her out beause she is like a bad taste in our month (legal ideas only)

I just got married a few months ago and I can't seem to stop thinking of my ex-boyfriend, I mean don't get me worng I love my husband with all my heart and soul but for some reason I've just been having a lot of dreams and thoughts about him and I can't seem to get him off my mind. See I was with this guy for about a yr and we broke up with me in that yr that we were together about 4 different times, the last time was two days after my birthday.

I did my share of crying and hating men for what he did but then I realized that he did me a favor by breaking up with me I needed to be with me more then him. So now it's been 4mths since that happened and every so often he would sent me e-mails he regrets breaking up with me and he wishes that he never let me go cause now he sees the kind of woman that he had, ect. but I have moved on and I just want to be friends with him nothing more nothing less but he will not allow that; he's a great man and all, but he is a power hungry man who feels that a relationship should be based on what he says is ok, I didn't like that when I was in a relationship with him and not now.
