I need some assistance identifying the political significance of the Arab Spring. So far I have come up with :

Arab Spring has caused major movements such as the Occupy Wall St. Movement and the Quebec tuition increase protests. I plan to explain the significance by saying the Arab Spring has proven large scale protest can bring upon change.

Other than that, I have barely anything. Help me if you are able!

I have a "Q-See QC444" DVR for my home surveillance system (CCTV). I purchased this new DVR because it offers automated email alerts, and you are able to view your cameras from a computer anywhere in the world. The problem is that I do not have a ethernet wall plug where the DVR is set up. I do have wireless (Apple AirPort Express, which has worked for 1 year flawlessly) in my home, but the DVR itself is not wireless. I am wondering if there is some kind of adapter out there that will allow me to connect the DVR to my wireless network!

I have to write a paper on this, and have tried to understand the whole thing. Please correct me if anywhere in this following summary I am wrong in my understanding! This question is just about the understanding and timeline of the subprime lending crisis.

#1. “NINJA” Loans (no income, no job, no problem)

these people banked on refinancing another subprime mortgage in a few years, once their rates went up

also thought that the housing bubble would never pop, and their home’s value would never increase

2. The Bubble Pop

- 2006: the American housing bubble popped, and home values began to plummet

-the once subprime rates on the “NINJA’s” went up so exorbitantly the mortgagees could no longer afford their payments

holders of these “NINJA” loans were unable to refinance at an affordable rate for them, and many owed more on their mortgage than their house was worth

3. Foreclosure

unable to afford their monthly payments, many homes were foreclosed on

some who owed more than the value of their house walked away from their mortgages

3.5 Meanwhile on Wall St.

investors who had acquired these high risk NINJA loans could not dump them, and ended up with mortgages that were higher than the value of the homes

(i.e. 10 million in mortgages : 5 million in property)

caused a huge issue on Wall St., bankrupting large firms, as well as plummeting the value of all home owners as foreclosed on homes flooded the market

4. Crisis

Travelling to italy this summer for an abroad study course! Most of my friends and family have BBM, and it would be convenient to have it there. Are there any italian prepaid data cell phone plans anyone is aware of. I know I could just use my north american plan, but that will run me into the thousands.

I'm 16 and I just got my first speeding ticket. My parents are divorced, one living in Farmington Hills, MI, and the other living in London,ON,Canada. I often drive between the two places. Anyways I was driving my dad's car on i696. I don't usually go over 85ish mph in this area because I always see the troopers lerking. I was also driving my dad's car, which is way faster than mine.

Anyways the trooper was hiding under/beside the overpass and clocked my doing 96 in a 70. There was no one else on the road, and I honestley didn't even notice until I looked down at my speedometer. I was carrying a Michigan State license, and driving a car with Michigan tags. I am wondering if there is any way to keep this off insurance. I don't care about the fine, its shouldn't be over 300$ (right!?), and I have no previous points...

If you have gone thru this before and know how to keep this away from my insurance company, I would aprreciate the advice.

I need help, urgently, on a math question. The question is as follows:

"The end points of PQ are P (3,-4), and Q (11,c). The midpoint of PQ is M (d, 3). Algebraically determine the values of c and d."

Now I believe that I have the correct answer (c=9, d=71/2). I came to this conclusion graphing, but in order to get full marks i need to prove it algebraically.

If you could please inform me on the proper formula(s) and step(s) I would greatly appreciate it.

So I have my permit, but I will soon get my license and these are the cars my parents and I have been looking at seriously. My dad likes the civic, for the value, it seems to be the cheapest with alloys and a sunroof. However my mom likes the VW, she is on her 2nd Audi, and she says it "saved her life" when she got into a wreck 2 years back, so her point is safety. I like the Mazda, the way it drives, the styling, the hatchback, and maybe because the front looks like a smiley face, hehehe!

FYI, the reason I'm not getting a used car is for longterm reasons. I am planning on becoming lawyer, which will take me like 8 years post secondary. This means the car has to last 10 years, which is a strech with build quality and electronics these days. My parents want to buy me one car, not a few used ones. Also, is there any HUGE difference in insurance for the 3 cars?
