Id like to know what websites are safe to purchase car body kits from. Iv searched around and found a few such as bodykits.com, andysautosport, carid, ect. Iv also tried looking at reviews, but i mostly read negative things about all of them. Have any of you purchased auto accessories online? if so from where? would you trust this company again?

Hello everyone. A couple of months ago i noticed that i felt a bit of pain in my left shoulder when i did a shoulder press using my 30lb dumbbells. I hadnt worked out in a couple of months so i assumed that i probably just hurt my muscle. I had recently began training in bjj and i hadnt noticed the pain when i rolled so paid no attention. I started going to the gym and noticed i only felt it when i did shoulder presses and the like, but as the pain wasnt severe and it didnt impede my work out, i ignored it. around a month later, the pain persisted so i decided id let it rest over the july 4th week, since, i didnt work and i could let it fully rest. but after that it was still there and when i tried a shoulder press i heard a pop when i pushed up. I told a a guy from work, whoes a physical therapist, and he said it was the rotator cuff and that i should rest it and do strengthening exercises. Later that night i was at home, in bed, on my laptop, i moved my shoulder and heard a really loud snap. my shoulders been a bit sore since then and it will pop when i do certain slow movements. My range of motion isnt inhibited and my left soulder doesnt seem to be any weaker than my right when i push in towards my stomach with my elbows at 90 degrees, or when i push out. I also now will feel a sharp pain, like getting an injection, at random, it will come and go. I think this is probably a tear of some sort, but perhaps isnt a very large one since the pain isnt bad. Should i rest it longer and do strengthening exercises and see if that helps or go to a doctor? i dont have insurance so ill have to pay out of pocket and a doctor will probably have to get an mri to fully asses my condition. if anyones had similar problem, i appreciate some advise. thank you

I have a macbook pro 13in that i bought last june. since iv had it its frozen on me twice, the last time occurring two weeks ago. also, three times, when i turned it on it made some weird beeping sound, shut off then booted up. What could be the problem. im asking cuz i wanna know if i have to send it in before my warranty runs out. it runs great the rest of the time though.

after it is finished charging to 100%. when i check the power source it says power adapter. does that mean that my computer is using power directly from my wall and leaving my battery alone. will my battery be harmed as in will it wear out the battery?

do weight gain products like mass tech really work. im really skinny. im 6 ft tall, have 28inch weist, scrawny legs and arms, but broad chest and upper back. nice shoulders too. well neways i used to work out, but havent for the past 2 1/2 months. it helped but i toned up more that aything. i did gain weight but not as much as i would like too. if start working out again and take a product like mass tech, do u think it well help me gain bigger muscles. btw i must say that im a full time college student and have two jobs. my diet consists mostly of fast food and sandwhiches. ill probably work out at the least three times a week. i really dont ahve time for a gym so ill probably do things with like push ups pull ups and dumbells. also id really appreciate advise on buildimg up my legs. i believe if they werent soo skinny, i might not look as skinny as i do. also i dont wanna get like body builder big. i wann be bigger but more streamlined, with longer leaner muscle.

I wanna build muscle. im really skinny. i used to work out but I toned up more than anything. I havent really worked out for the past 2 1/2 months. I was wondering if taking a quality protein shake could help. i used to take whey protein, but it was the kind you get from wal mart, so it was not very effective.what brand of protein shake could help me aquire muscle more quickly when i start working out again? anything else that can help build muscle? btw i dont wanna get bulky i just want lean muscle but bigger than i have right now.

do i need special software or can i do it without it. i have hp laptop with vista is there a program on it that i can use?

I have been wanting to buy a macbook for a while now and i finally have the necessary funds. but i was wondering whether i should wait and see if they are updated again soon. ive noticed the new macbook white has a sleeker shape with rounded edges. it also has a 250 gb hardrive while the macbook pro 13 inch only has 160. i cant imagine why apple would give the cheaper model a bigger hardrive? neway the white was recently updated so maybe that means the pro will too. what do you think?

okey well im getting REALLY fed up with my laptop. its an hp dv2000 and ive had it for 3 yrs. a couple of months ago i had to do system recovery because it wasnt even loading the O.S. it was fine for a little while but now its acting up again. my internet or programs will freeze and the screen will get a white hue to it and it will say that my program isnt responding. i really cant seem to type more a n few words on word with out it freezing. i have avast anti virus, spybot, adware and a komodo firewall. i have been getting the blue screen every so often. what can i do to fix this. my battery also is completely dead, so i need to buy a new one. should i just get a new computer? i mean sometimes it works completely fine and other days i just want to throw it against a brick wall. i dont have many files on it. and i only have like 1000 songs. i also dont have *** load of programs, just my office and my security.

My computer ( an hp dv 2000) is in really bad shape. it wont boot the os at all. i was told that i could save it by running a system recovery. ive tried doing it on my own but once i nsert the second dvd that it came with the progress stays at 1%. it was like that for like 3 hrs. can anybody help me by walking me through the steps, perhaps i did someting wrong? best buy will charge me $129 to fix it so id rather give it a shot myself first.

Okey so my laptop ( an hp dv200) has been acting up recently. it wont stop freezing. its not shutting down or booting up. i keep having to turn it off with the power button. ive already ran my norton anti virus sweep and i ran a program called cc cleaner and cleaned up my registry and unused files. what else can i do? or is it time to get a new laptop? ive only had this one for 2 years.

i started taking bass lesons about a month and half ago and i have improved. but all weve covered is basically the c major scale and notes, and some blues stuff. my dexterity and hand strength have incresed aswell. what he does is he basically tells me to do something and then just leaves me alone for a few minutes. i dont feel im progressing enough, how fast should we be progressing and how much should i already know. is he a bad teacher or are lessons supposed tobe like that. btw i dont think there are anyother bass teachers where i live.

well i just discovered a small chip in the neck of my bass. its driving me crazy cuz i hadn't noticed it before, and i usually notice the smallest imperfections in anything i buy. ive had it only two months. neway will it affect my playing? how can i fix it?

is their anything that i can put on the head of the guitar to protect it, i have a habit of bumping it into things and i fear that could damage it, oh and is their anything i can put on the head to prevent the tuning pegs from detuning my guitar while its in the gig bag and rubbing against the side

But ive been wanting to take it to college to practice in between classes, even if im not gonna take the amp .i heard gig bags dont protect much from temperature and humidity, an since ive got no AC and live in south texas it can get pretty hot in my room. should i invest in a hard case. they are pretty big and my room is tiny.
