1. Howard - bonding not quite there yet but it takes time to add a big man onto a team. Already showing effects on defense and attention he got on the offense. Not concerned at all this point.

2. Harden - leading the team with improved defense

3. Lin - shoots better and best court vision.

4. Parsons - should be better than last year but didn't see enough of him to say much

5. Beverley - impressive defense and great offense. Not the best in assist though

6. D-mo - better teammate than scorer. He might start but has no real weapon yet.

7. Garcia - Mr. Consistent

8. T-Jones - better scorer than D-mo and better on the second team

9. Casspi - Better than advertise but more like a wild card with inconsistency

10. Asik - DNP

If a similar situation should happen again, I would remain calm and encourage group participation and discussion where we can enhance our strengths and complement our weaknesses to resolve the issue together.

My cousin got into 3 CSU colleges: East Bay, Pomona, and Bakersfield (all econ major) and she asked me for advice on which school to enroll in. She currently lives in the Bay Area, so, geographically speaking, East Bay is the clear winner. However, I personally think Cal Poly Pomona is the better school but I am not familiar with its econ department nor its school environment. So would anyone give her some advices as to which school to pick?

I still can't see point of going to the playoff with like 7th or 8th seed since their chances to get out of first round isn't that great. Besides these teams will also lose a few places in the lottery.

Hi I live in Fremont, CA and recently went to Fremont Superior Court for a my traffic violation (red light and didn't complete stop during a right turn). I plead guilty. The judge did not reduce the penalty so I got the $435 for basically the same penalty as a red light violation. I want to appeal that decision. Can someone offer me some legal insights?
