Can you wear weights while riding and if so, what is a reasonable amount of weight to carry without risking injury.

I'm trying to work all day and ride my stationary bike too (it is one of those bikes that has a desk on it).

I'll be dressed for work and might have to run out for appointments, so I can't be super sweaty or anything like that.

I could wake up, do a good workout on the bike, then get ready for work and get back on the bike and ride while working. I want to still get fitness benefits while riding and working----how do I do that?

I read that oftentimes a person is strongly attracted to someone romantically based on their rising sign and their partners Venus and Mars signs.

Then when I thought of the guys that I really really was attracted to (like off of the charts attracted), I did notice that they had complimentary aspects to my rising sign.

I am working (on my laptop, using the phone, etc) so it is not like it is meant to be a hard core workout (I go to the gym), it is to be active but I still would like for there to be some benefits to it and I don't want to do anything that can be harmful.

Also if you ride at low resistance for hours at a time, besides giving your heart and lungs a good cardio workout, will it still benefit your legs and butt (toning etc)?

For example, I was reading that whatever your rising sign is, you are the most attracted (sexually too) to people who have the same or compatible Venus signs to your Rising sign.

I was thinking about it, and it appears correct for me.

I have a Gemini rising and the guy that I dated for 5 years has a Gemini Venus. All of the guys that I have dated and have been the most attracted to either have a Gemini Venus, a Sagittarius Venus, a Libra Venus, or a Leo Venus. Thought that was interesting.

The Gemini Mercury is my most preferred Mercury to talk to and listen to.

I enjoy other Mercury communications as well, but I don't laugh as much or enjoy it as much as I do with Gemini Mercury----not even other Air signs, although I do appreciate their communication as well.

I ask because the guy that I am seeing is an Aquarius w. a Capricorn Moon, Sagittarius Venus, Capricorn Mercury, and Aquarius Mars and he is SO warm, touchy feely, considerate, sweet, and passionate.

Completely confused because from what I read on Aquarius Mars people, they are more "detached".

My chart is completely divided with a Fire Sun and Moon (Sagittarius Sun, Leo Moon) and a Gemini Rising BUT I have a Capricorn Mercury, Scorpio Venus, and Scorpio Mars. If I just had either my Mercury in Air or Fire, or my Mars in Air or Fire then I don't think that my love compatibility would be so difficult :(

I was told that astrologers say for men, the compatibility would be his Mars to her Venus --- so if he had a Water or Earth Mars that would go w. my Scorpio Venus BUT then there would be an issue with his Mars and my Sun. I know this because I keep doing love compatibilities on cafe astrology.

If he has a Fire or Air Mars, then it conflicts w. my Capricorn Mercury and my Scorpio Venus. I could go on.

Point is I feel like I am doomed :( Yet I'd like to find love someday and feel so discouraged because I have such a stupid birth chart :( I wish I could change it.

Okay so I am not endorsing this as truth or anything---but I know that I have read that supposedly what a guy wants in a girl will be based off of his Venus sign and what a girl wants will be based off of her Mars sign.

However, I've been checking my friends charts and some celebrities too, and the guy seems to be dating/marrying based off of his Mars sign. Either she has a compatible Sun to his Mars or they both have compatible Sun signs to one another's Mars signs. The Venus signs aren't complementary to one another or to the Sun or Moon signs.

I was just made aware that I am allergic to: all wheat products, cow's milk, all gluten products, all corn products, whole eggs (whites and yellow), and all rye products

It is like these food allergies came out of no where, because I don't think that I was allergic to all of these things before---maybe some, but not all of them. These are all of the foods that I have eaten everyday.

So it is possible it could be my liver? Would a cleanse get rid of food allergies?

What causes food allergies? How do you manage with them?

Is it okay to take a bath while wearing a tampon? Flow is heavy so don't want to take a bath without one, but want to make sure it is okay to do ???
