Ok, i got into a fight 1 year ago. I lost (A lot of people say i won but more say i lost.) Anyway, i would not have really cared as much if he didn't blow it out of proportion and post on facebook saying he beat the **** out of me and such. So here i am, 1 year later. I have picked up mma. I do mma for other reasons of course (I got inspired by the movie Never Back Down lol) but i kinda want to fight him again. I know i can win. He just mouths off to people saying he is the **** and nobody ever stands up to him. Of course i wont just come out of nowhere and say "Lets fight" Its obviously gonna happen if he starts being a ***** to me. Am i wrong for holding a grudge? I just want to shut him up, and make him stop acting like he is so great.

I currently weigh 144. I am 13. I have a big frame... I am not going to cover anything up because i have to lose weight. I am not going through another summer being self conchance at the beach and everywhere i go. I play video games a majority of the day. I play baseball when im not playing video games. I eat pretty much junk. (Breakfast apple) (Lunch whatever school serves) (Dinner tacos, burgers, cereal, whatever my mom brings home) I stay up late. Never really exercise... Im gonna be honest. Im surprised im not obese. I know kids that go outside more than me and weight like 230lb... Im sure you can find a bunch of ways to change this. I know how to get skinny but my problem is being lazy. I get motivated for 1-3 days then quit. HOW DO I STOP THAT, i have the perfect plan but i cant stay committed. I know. Eat healthy exercise, have a calorie deficit i know all that. If you say have a calorie deficit, please say what to do.. It kinda confuses me. I would like to get to 120 or so. I can go over June but i want to do it fast. So i just set that as a date.
