I no longer have the health insurance policy since 2012. Can I throw the monthly bills away since I don't have the policy anymore?

I have a hand cream that was only used once but I don't like the scent. I ordered it online back in late 2012 and want to know if I could return it back to a store.

My last period ended on the 18th of last month. The week after I suffered from dehydration for three days and had to get an IV. It has been 5 weeks and I still haven't had my period. Did the dehydration cause it?

My mom found out that her blood test came out abnormal for everything. Almost two weeks ago she had a blood transfusion because her blood count was really low. Her period has been really heavy and she has it for more than a week. The doctors told her that she might have cancer. Is that what it means?

I'm 21 and I have always been shy since I was a little girl. I'm frustrated by my shyness and want to overcome it. When I'm in school even in front of a small group, I get nervous and my voice gets weird because of it. I would shake and I can feel my body get hot. Even when I have to say only very little in front of the whole class, I get shy. I would say that I'm always probably the shyest person in my classes. I know that I'm not as shy as I used to be when I was in high school but it's not enough. I'm really frustrated. I feel like I don't have much control over it and it's hard for me to change when I have always been like this. Help!

I'm using a gel moisturizer (Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel) and it does not have SPF protection. I'm thinking of buying a sunscreen to use after applying the moisturizer. I have heard that gel and lotion don't mix well together. What can I do? I don't want to change my moisturizer because it works really well for my oily skin on my face.

I have done a little research and it looks like Eucerin, Cetaphil, and Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizer have some pretty good reviews. Are those any good? I have never used moisturizer before so I'm a first timer.

I'm a college student. I will be volunteering at a preschool this summer. It's not for school. I'm doing it to get experience and to put on my resume. Since it's not for school, I don't have any paperwork so I'm going to make my own sign-in sheet and have the preschool write me a letter stating how many hours of volunteer I have done after I have finished volunteering at the end of the summer so that I have proof. Is that okay? Also, on the sign-in sheet, should I have the teacher sign it every time I'm done for the day?

Is it better for a laptop battery to always be charging while it's in use or to let it run low once in awhile? How can I make my laptop battery last longer and be more efficient?

I currently own a Compaq laptop. I mostly use it just for homework, going online, and listening to music. I'm not tech savvy or anything. I just mostly use it for the basics. I don't play games or anything like that on it. Would a Sony laptop or a Dell laptop be better for me? I can spend up to maybe $1500. Which laptop is of better quality, will last longer, performs better, etc?

When I total both my savings and checking account I have less than $800. Should I be worried? I heard that WaMu could be in trouble like other banks are right now. Is there anything I should do?

My mom has a credit card from Wells Fargo and she hasn't used it at all in a really long time. Will that hurt her credit score if she continues to keep it and not use it? Should she cancel it?
