Ally

On here i've seen a lot of things about how strict Catholicism is. I myself am Catholic, well i don't fully believe in everything they say but yeah i'm still confirmed and stuff. So is it really THAT much more strict than other denominations? I've heard my friends who are different denominations of christians say things and it seems like their churches are just as strict! But they also say how strict catholicism is. I agree it is very traditional, but is it really that much more strict?

I would say i m scared of death but that isn t quite it. The after-life seems more fitting. I m from a Catholic family, but i ve been drifting from religion and questioning things. I guess there are two parts to my fear, one of them being that if it is real it seems scary to wait my whole life and live it for something else than for my own desires. The second being that eternal life sounds so scary to me because forever is well, forever and i can t really tell anyone about this because it seems so strange.
