  • HELP!!! don't know where to turn?

    hi, I am need help please, I have history of depression and suicidal thoughts/actions and I was in the hospital in December. I have a counselor too. but anyway my mom and I hate each other and I really cant stand her, my father isn't really in my life but now she says im gonna have to go live with him and I really hate him. I pretty much hate the world and have A LOT of anger and I am like so scared im gonna hurt myself right now because I do not want to go to my father's and my mom says I don't have any other choice. I also pretty much throw like a "tantrum" every day just screaming and crying at my mother which that kind of makes me feel bad.

    any ways PLEASE I need suggestions of what to do!!
