About 3 days ago I did a huge workout after not working out for a long time. I definitely over did it as I have been extremely sore the past 4 days. Yesterday I did yoga while still sore and my right arm started becoming slightly numb (left arm is fine, but not as sore).

It feels like my arm is not getting enough circulation and it's been the same for the past 24 hours. It's not getting worse, but also not getting any better. I think I've had this happen once before in the past after a workout. Could overworking the muscle cause my arm to do this?

I am looking for a website that sells high quality tile-based artwork for game developers. Please don't list any free sites, as I find them hard to trust when it comes to copyrights. I'm looking for a well known legitimate website. Thanks!

When we run out of oil what will happen?

Predictions say there will be an economic meltdown in about 40-50 years from now. I do wonder what people will do when they cannot afford to drive vehicles. This isn't that far down the road.

Reduction in demand may decrease as prices get higher and oil becomes more scarce, but I highly doubt demand would ever be less than the supply since we depend so heavily on oil in every day life.

I popped open the case when I got home and it only has one card. Does this computer use the single card and onboard graphics in a crossfire configuration, or is it just using the single card? I'm very confused on how this has dual cards as it claims...

Also, do I plug the monitor into the card or the onboard graphics?

I have read that if you are sore from lifting weights then you should let your muscles rest. I lifted weights yesterday and am not sore at all. Should I still rest today or would it be ok to lift again?

I'm on my fourth week of working out and my muscles don't get sore no matter how hard I lift it seems. Am I doing something wrong? Any advice would be very helpful. Thanks

I just started exercising again and it has been over two weeks. I workout 5 times a week. I do a steady jog 20-25 mins a day (no walking). Afterwards, I lift weights and then do sit-ups. I eat less and take in more fiber, protein, vitamins, and I don't eat any snacks, soda, or other sugary products. But for some reason I have not lost a single pound. I feel stronger and have much more stamina since I started but I'm not sure why I'm not losing weight. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Note: I take a scoop of protein powder every other day and take 2 creatine pills 30mins before I workout. I have no clue if this is helping or not, but I read that it's good for muscle recovery.

Not sure if this is important but I weigh 220 lbs and I am 6'2. Male. 29 years old. I'm also a vegetarian. Also I have been counting calories. I stay under 2000 calories daily.

I want to lose weight and gain muscle, that is why I do both cardio and weightlifting.

I have several flash games I have developed but they have no music. Where can I buy music for my games? The music will be used for commercial purposes. I will be making money off these games so I don't want to get sued. Any tips or ideas where I can look?

Since the Cintiq is a portable device, I was wondering if I will be able to install programs on it, or will I have to use it with my laptop/PC in order to do vector drawings?

If I have to use it with my home PC or laptop to do vector drawings, then the Cintiq will be useless to me since the whole purpose is to have a portable illustration device. Anyone know if it comes pre-installed with a vector drawing software, and if not -- is it possible to install software on this device??

I am trying to find a good tablet laptop for graphic design. I have no idea where to start. What I want is a tablet that I can use with Adobe Illustrator (making graphics for flash game). I already have a Wacom tablet for use with a PC, but I find that too hard. I want to draw directly on the screen inside Illustrator. What would you recommend? Or where should I start looking?

Also, if it is touchscreen will my hand resting on the screen in order to draw mess it up?

I have an Acer mini laptop which does not show it is charging when I plug it in. I have tried different outlets in the house and have tried wiggling the cord (in case it is a short in the wire). I tried taking out my laptop battery and putting it back in. Could this be my battery that is faulty or my cord? My laptop currently shows I have about 3% power left. I've tried everything. What is most likely the cause? (so i know what i need to buy) Thanks in advance. :)
