Unfortunately I have a court case pending & couldn't afford an attorney,so a Public Defender was appointed to me. Since day one I just didn't feel that she was looking out for my best interest. And after speaking with the Public Defender today, her attitude towards me & the case just doesn't settle well with me & I don't feel that she's defending me at all. PLZ HELP ME=I don't know how to go about it or what my RIGHTS are, but I really feel the need to fire her from representing me if possible.

I found out that I have an eviction on my record when I've never had an eviction and it is from an address that I've never lived before. How do I prove that it wasn't me at that address and get it taken off my record ?????
