I am able to follow the simple instructions regarding protecting specific cells within a worksheet. Once I protect these cells, it seems to lock up the formatting for the respective rows and columns. I would like to allow the user to be able to adjust row and column size, but not adjust the formulas. Is this even possible?

I understand that Access may be easier, but I am not very good in Access and it is not widely used in my office.

I primarily want to use the MacBook for uploading and editing photos, downloading music for my iPod and surfing the internet.

I provided my boss with my resignation letter (2 weeks notice) and a detailed list of tasks in progress, with estimates of completion time.

My boss began to toy with the idea of moving up a project that I would have been involved with if I was not leaving the Company. He wants to try to have me complete the project prior to my departure.

I think that once you give your notice, you should finish work in progress and provide enough information for someone to transition into your role. I don't think that new tasks should be assigned.
