9 AnswersOther - Australia1 decade agoI need references to go birdwatching in Thailand with a resonable price and a knowledgeable guide. Someone?
I recently moved into Thailand and as a birdwatching lover, I've been trying to find the way of seen some of the spectacular sites in this great country.
But everyone treat me like a rich "falan" and try to charge me in between $500 to $1000 for a guided weekend.
I'm a professional birding guide from Costa Rica with almost 20 years of experience in all latin america, north america and some caribbean islands, so, I know there is always somehow you can go find birds with more logical people who share the pasion on it...
If anybody could give me tips or experiences about it, I'll highly appreciated and will be happy to exchange info about birds from American Continent and - now - from Hong Kong and Indonesia as well, since I was over there for 6 months on my way to Thailand ( job reasons ) and spended good time to see birds in this two - nice - sites... thanks
