  • How can I restore print spooler?

I deleted an old program and later had a problem with not being able to print. When I deleted the program it also deleted the LexBceS service. Now the print spooler won't start. I can't reinstall my printer, either. I have tried all the tip on the MS forums and some from other places and none of them have worked. I have tried asking for a solution from Lexmark but if you don't have one of their printers you can't. I have tried my undelete utility and it can't find LexBceS anywhere on my HD. My service report says that ASPi32 failed to load and helpsvc error:%% 2 one right after the other, so I assume they are all related to the same problem. I need help. This is not an isolated incident, many have had the same thing happen to them. Neither MS or Lex has a solution posted.

  • i bought a Sony 57" rear projection HDTV 5 years ago. ?

The red CRT has gone out for the second time in 18 months. I called an authorized Sony service center and was told that I should not pursue fixing the set. It would cost more to fix than the price of a new TV. I was told that this is a common issue with this model, Sony knows about the problem and refuses to help the customer, The service man said he won't even work on them anymore. Has anyone else had this problem with this model?
