Is it Legal for a company to post a position at a higher wage then what people are already making in that position? A company is exapanding and the starting wage is higher then what people in that position are already making, is this legal, if so; why?

Does anyone know a product that works better than the traditional roll of bathtub sealer trim used to seal the edges of a bathtub to the wall? The sealer trim is very unreliable. It wears and comes off too easily. Thanks for the help!

My wife will be turning 30 in three weeks. She has been having a lot of anxiety about reaching this milestone, I feel helpless and can't seem to make her feel better about it. Any suggestions from other women over the age of 30 what might help ease the pain????

So it's the age old question. Does size really matter? My wife often tells me I have a big d!*k, and yes it does build my ego. I also know that even if I was small, she would still love me. But I'm fairly certain our sex life is better because of my size. I'm curious to know what women think about this?

Does the sex drive of a woman change when they get into their 30's, 40's, 50's, etc.? Does it get better, worse?

People get married because they love each other, right? So then why do they spend so much time complaining about their spouses and pointing out all the things they don't like? My wife and I have been married five years. We have two children, sex almost everyday, and I am the happiest I have been in my whole life.

I am running Windows Vista WMP 11, everytime I burn or rip a CD the function completes, but then WMP will lock up and not responds to do anything else without restarting the computer. What will help? An older version of WMP or is there an update for Vista?
