Is it correct that in Ohio the water bill is tied to the house, not to the owner? If that is correct, do you have to pay your final water bill if you are giving your house back to the bank as part of a foreclosure tied to a previously discharged bankruptcy?

I need to find a cell phone number- I found a land line number for a family, but it is coming up no longer working, so I am assuming that they went to cell's only.

I just renewed my contract with AT&T. I have been a customer of theirs for about 8 years.

I got a refurbished cell phone this time that I was told I would have a warranty for 90 days. My cell phone was having problems last week with the touch screen- it was like it was out of calibration.

Then last Friday my husband called me around 2:00 and the phone was fine- I talked to him no problems. I put it back in my pocket (no keys in there, no magnets, etc.) and I pulled it out around 4:00 and the screen had two black spots and you can hardly see the screen.

I called AT&T on Saturday, and spoke first to someone clearly overseas. I got to a "manager" and she told me that all I could do was either 1.) send it back to them and pay something like $115.00 to have them determine if I broke the phone and if I had I would have to replace the phone or 2.) drive to some AT&T warehouse type place that is over an hour from my home to have them look at the phone and determine if I had broke it.

They are completely ignoring the warranty and the guarantee that I had 90 days to determine if I liked this refurbished phone (which clearly I do not).

Does anyone have any suggestions in dealing with AT&T customer service? Any inside tips?

My husband thinks that tissues will cause major plumbing problems

I think that if you flush something bigger than a tissue- paper towel, etc. that is bad. but a tissue is ok.

I gave my pugs all baths today, and ended up wetter than they were! Does anyone have a tricks that they use when bathing their pug? I have four pugs, so needless to say I try to put this chore off for as long as possible sometimes!

I have a 10 year old cat. She has always been strange, she won't eat in front of people, unless it is "people food" like chicken.

Lately, she has started pooping in our bathroom, on the floor. It is horrible smelling diarrhea and there has been blood in the stool. I think that it is time to take her to the vet, she is my husband and step-daughter's cat, and I don't want to be the "bad guy" especially since she is her same, strange self besides this. But this is becoming a daily occurrence and I am at a loss.

I have some Brown Eyed Susan's that I want to move in my yard, is it ok to transplant now? I would like to do it when they are done blooming before winter.

My kids and I love asparagus- we had it last night, and once again we got into the conversation, why does it make your pee smell funny!

So why does it?

I have a three year old shepard chow mix. She is becoming more agressive and my husband and I are making the difficult choice to euthanise. When she was a puppy, a little girl stepped, with her whole weight on her feet, so she will not let you even touch her paws, she has gotten off leash twice in the past six monthes on walks and ran to attack a dog walking in our neighborhood (she drew blood once). She likes to sit under things like chairs, and when i was getting up from the rocking chair the other day, she almost bit my foot, if I had not moved it quickly it would have happened. Everytime you move when she is laying down in the room you have to tell her that you are getting up or she will growl.

My vet with out being solicided talked to me about her after our visit last week. She said that she had concerns about Ruby since I have children and small dogs as well. She told me that she would give my husband and I a few weeks to talk and to decide what we are going to do with her. My options at this point are find her a new home, which I am not totally comfortable with because of her history, and her fear of strangers, try an animal behaviorist, which my vet cautioned me would be very expensive and may not work with her, or having her put to sleep.

At times it is like she is suffering, she is uncomfortable in her own skin and I am scared to have her around my daughters friends and I worry about my children.

Has anyone else had to make this difficult decision? Please I could use some help.

How do I find where local christmas craft shows/ bazars are being held? I live in Medina Ohio but will travel to Lorain County. I have been searching the web and I can not find a place where they are listed. I had stuff that I made at a craft show at my daughters' school last saturday and did well but I have enough "stuff' to get a table at another craft show and that would really help me make some Christmas money.

Why is it that when I say that we want to breed our pug puppy when she gets older do people think that we are irresponsible? We are well educated, people who love the breed and want to take the time to do this right! My father breeds Corgi's and hears the same thing.

There are responsible breeders of dogs out there.

Hi there! Our pug puppy (Petunia-named after Porky Pig's girlfriend since she snorts) has an outie belly button. This has been there since day one that we got her.

She goes to the vet tomorrow for the second round of shots, and I know they are going to say, "we can fix it when she get's fixed" but we want to breed her.

Is there anyone out there who had an outie belly button on their dog, and can it be taken care of without surgery.

Lately I have had slightly irregular periods (by a 2-3 days), this one though is now 5 days late. I took a test Friday (3 days late) and it was negative, we would have only concieved if I am 2 weeks before. Should I wait a few more days to take another test? It is driving me crazy! I want to be pregnant so much!

My daughter is doing a school project and we are trying to research how much a Hershey Chocolate Bar costs each decade from 1900-1990. We had to compare something in each decade, and I thought this would be an easy idea. She and I have spent a ton of time on line looking, but have come up empty handed. Maybe there is someone out there with some Hershey's knowledge to share.

She is in the third grade, so this does not have to be indepth information.
