OK, so I feel like I have to ask - here it goes. Does it matter if your car is warmed up before you drive it? I've seen several people in the commuter lot just start their car and drive away without allowing the engine to warm up. I've always waited for the RPMs to get down below 1200 before I put it in drive. Can anyone answer this for me?

Each team within the league has to draft 4QB, 5 RB, 5 WR, 2 TE, 2 K, 2 DEF = 20 players. I have the fourth overall pick in a snake draft (4, 17, 24, etc). Here are the order of my draft picks. Let me know what you think and how I can improve.
