I put my house plants outside for the summer, brought them back into the house for the winter but this time I have a gray tree frog living in one of the plants....doubting if it can survive the long winter in the houseplant, hate to put it outside now was thinking of putting it in a terrarium type set up for the winter and then letting him go outside next summer when I put the houseplants back out. Any suggestions to ensure his survival?

We have a german shepherd puppy, she is 9 months and is coming into her first heat. My husband thnks we should breed her after her 2nd heat. Seems to think it would be a nice way to earn a bit of money. what do you think?

we have a pressure treated wood deck. it was stained last year. now it is just dirty from all the foot and pet traffic, can I wash it with just dish soap? I don't want to remove the stain.

This child says he wants his animal but never remembers to take care of it without being told to do so. Spouse and I have different opinions on whether this is normal or not. Spouse feels this indicates he does not really want the animal.

I have a small area 3' wide by about 5' long. The area is hard clay. No matter whay I do there are always weeds there and of course the plants do poorly. I am going to dig this area out, just the depth of the shovel and the fill in the areay with quality soil, mound it a little high to make a raised bed. do you think this will work?

Question Details: had a vet do a pre purchase exam. the vet says the horse is lame, especially on the right rear. vet says the horse has not been trimmed properly in the past. says he needs a proper trimming. says the horse has a broken back axisis and needs a bar shoe with wedge on the rear. My farrier agrees the horse needs a proper trimming but does not need shoes just proper trimming. farrier is a little ticked that the vet is telling him how to fix the problem. They are both so adamant in how to treat this horse. At this point I am not sure who to listen too and am looking for an input. Thank

With all the different diet philosophys out there how do you sort them out? I am excerising and cutting calories and have lost 14 lbs. I really want to go "all the way this time". I feel like I need more nutritional guidelines than just cutting back. how do i decide what is the best approach? Low carb? low protein? high protein? it all seems so confusing.

My child is a size 7, she complains that adjustable waist pants are too bulky in the waist. I have not been able to find the elastic waist in anything above a 6x. Thank-you!

i raise sheep and believe I saw three black vultures trying to get at a lamb. my livestock guardian dog chased the birds off. when i found the lamb it was missing an eye but no other apparent injuries. it was dead. i am wondering if the birds killed it?
