I really like Country Bob's all purpose sauce, so something like that would be great. I also like 57 and A 1. I'm looking for tried and true tested home recipes.Not just copied off the net somewhere, I've been out there. I'd really like to make a quart at a time. I make my own BBQ sauce, Taco sauce, and hot sauces for myself and this is my next quest. Country Bob's style would be the bomb, but I'm very flexible, any great home recipes or even some so- so ones to tinker with would be greatly appreciated. Love to cook. Cook on !

I have a ton of peppers and tomatoes,I have tried a few different recipes but just havn't found what I'm looking for. I have peppers growing from hottest,Bih Jolokia to Jalapeno and Thia and Charleston and Cayenne and Black Pearl and Hybrid Jalapeno.I Iove all things hot and spicy and dry and grind to powder most of my peppers,but now would like to branh out to sauces and salsa. I am more of a fan of jalapeno,or serrano peppers,I like the heat of the habanero but dislike the flavor alot,so please ,no recipes with habaneros.I would like some good tried and true family favorite recipes,not just something off the net.I want some recipes that are truly worth the time and effort to make, and I can be proud of.
