  • Possible Spider Bite?

Hi...I'm 15 weeks along and was in the shower when I ran my finger over a shallow crater-like welt on my leg (don't know how else to describe it). There are no pustules, no bruising, I'm not feverish, and it doesn't bother me physically at all, which is why I'm not at the doctor saying this. Anyway, if it is a bite, it's about the size of an index finger print. Should I be concerned with this? Thanks so much for your help!

  • Question about BAH?

My husband and I are pregnant with our first child. The rent here in San Diego is crazy!! When we have the baby, will his Navy BAH go up since he has another dependent? Some guys in his shop say that it won't, but I've always heard that it does. Anyone have experience with this??

  • How to soothe a whiny Husky?

Our 8 mo. old husky puppy can't stand being locked in her crate while we're gone (there's no way we could leave her loose at this point). We've tried everything: putting toys and towels in there, putting treats inside it, EVERYTHING! She digs and digs and digs, whines and howls incessently, and jumps around (which moves her crate) and rips up anything that is dangling near her crate out of frustration. We've even locked her up in it during the day when we're here in order to get her "used to" her crate. She HATES it and she's damaging the house. Please help!

  • What's the best way to tell parents the good news ^__^?

Hi everyone! Hubby and I just found out we're pregnant! We want to surprise my parents at Christmas by telling them (they'll be first-time grandparents!). Any good ideas? Thanks!

  • Oh my God, oh my God, oh my God!?

I JUST found out 10 minutes ago that I am pregnant! All of you who are "just having a feeling," or you KNOW you're not feeling normal, you definitely shouldn't give up hope! The very first day I got a positive result was on 11/19/06 with a Confirm Clearly digital reader (they've been having problems with those, so I retested with others, and the results were negative!), but I just used a first response regular 2-pink-line test and it was BIGTIME positive. I had a blood test on Monday, and guess what? It came back negative. Doc said it might be too early, and I guess it was. Guess hubby and I have a long journey ahead of us!! Praise God :) Good luck to all of you, as well! *praying for BFPs*

  • Anyone frustrated like me?

I have had both positive and negative(mostly negative)pee stick results. I have been feeling really off recently, and my period is 5 days late.I'm having a teeny, tiny amount of implantation bleeding,I can't sleep, swollen and sensitive breasts like crazy, breaking out,no pain (just slight cramping)and I just "feel" pregnant(scientific, huh?). My qualitative blood test was negative. I got the results today by phone.I know they could be wrong,or it could be too early. Hubby and I are not actively TTC,but it's frustrating to get negative results but still feel this way(it would be our first). Has anyone gone through this,or is anyone going through this? I should have some more answers at the dr.tomorrow(I know everyone expects people on yahoo answers to solve their problems rather than go to the dr.,but I just want to know if anyone has experienced this). Could it still be a little early to test, and could I stil be pregnant? Thanks for the real answers and the ones that make us laugh :)
