my nails have been splitting down so far it reaches the skin and it is painful at times been keeping my nails really short to try and counter act this but it isn't working

Discussed this with the manager and she told me that the other person has the right to smoke anywhere she likes and anytime she likes. She suggested that I keep my windows closed and my air conditioner on.
