When child support is put on hold does the money get put into an account or does the wage attach stop?

I'm in CA. To make a long story short I opened a case in Jan of this year and finally few weeks ago go to the point of th county sending out a wage attachment to his employer. Well NOW he decides he wants to establish paternity. Even though he didn't respond in the 30 days allotted thy still allowed him to o this thus they put th order on hold. He owes about 10k in back support plus 1400 a month. What will happen when it's on hold? Will they stop the process of the wadge attachment or put it into an account until the blood work comes back? I know he is the father there is no doubt about it.

Side note: This case has been a "lost case" for two months and on multiple occasions it was sitting on a desk somewhere for three weeks without moving.

He makes 9k a month gross. I have 100% custody right now and there is a no contact order on him right now with the child.

The maintenance crew here doesn't know how to fix anything right. Sometimes they actually make it worse. Can I get out of a lease legally for a noise disturbance from a neighbors A/C unit not working right and there are tree roots coming up right where my toilet is so half of the time it works and half it doesn't. They say that they have to get someone else out to fix it and that would be like 2 months from now. Can I get out of my lease because of these issues?

My neighbors moved out the beginning of this month so no one lives there. The a/c just turned on up there. It is broken, has been for over 2 months now and is very annoying loud noise. Should I call the cops? What would you do?

It has been out for service for almost 2 months now. How long does it usually take? Is there anything I can do to speed up the process?

I have already given them his work schedule, and they know his home and work adresses.

I know they have until the 1st to move out. They just started moving stuff out at 10 pm at night. They are making a lot of noise .... should I call the non-emergency police number? What would you do? They are very loud and I do have a toddler that needs sleep!

Every time the AC gets turned on there is a horrible noise. It's a loud vibrating buzzing with the sound of a dying old refrigerator. It gives me a migraine. The buzzing vibrating is like an electric toothbrush times one thousand. What could it be?

First to know about family history and secondly because I should be aware of major health problems because if he can't work or if he dies then he can't pay anymore child support. He told me that his heart attack was none of my business. What do you think?

The lease is up Dec 25th but they are demanding me gone by Dec 22ed. They have come over every night to check and see if I am packing. I am looking for a place but still haven’t found one. They have even come into the unit while I was away. I don’t know what to do? Is any of this illegal? Should I just e-mail them and tell them please don’t come by I am trying my best and I want to be out of here ASAP and to let them know when the unit is empty.

I e-mailed the past roommates today and said to not come by because that doesn’t help and that I’ll be very busy anyway. Then about an hour later they came knocking at my door. I think this now is harassment.

Is there anything I can do? Should I just contact the police?

To make a long story short I am on the lease with two other people but they moved out 6 months ago so I have been living here alone. They gave a 30 day notice in Nov that they pressured me into signing and due to health issues that are new within the last month I have to have help moving and I cant get that until after the Holiday's. Anyway they came by last night and took my key to the front door and the mail key. They want the garage key tonight. The 30 day notice isn't up until the 25th but since that's a Holiday the apartment management wants me out by the 23rd. The co-leasers tell me they want me out by the 22ed. They have also shown up here unannounced and have come into the apartment while I was gone. Is there anything I can do? The mangers say that if I'm not out by the 23rd they will start the eviction process even though I told them I would pay the extra week and a half rent but they just wouldn't go for it. So what I'm asking is there any legal recourse that I can take? What would you do in my situation? And... How long does an eviction take in CA? I should be moved out the latest by Mid Jan. HELP!
