I am going to be doing a presentation in a Womens studies class and I want to do it on why adoption is not an ethically "better" alternative to abortion. I am pro-choice, all around. I do believe that adoption is only beneficial to the adoptive parents.

Anyway, what I want is all the information you have on adoption, especially links of studies done that link psychological issues with adoption (of all three parts of the triad).

I don't even understand what not being in love means. We have been together for five years, living together for most of that time and married for a year. Is there still hope? I don't know what he means, and I want us to be okay. We have had a roommate for the past five years, who is finally moving out next month. He says he wants us to be okay, he wants us to try to work things out, yet isn't willing to go to therapy as a couple or even apart. I am heartbroken, so its hard I am sure, for him to want to work things out right now. Any advice? I know I need to stop moping around, but its still really raw and new as he just told me this stuff last night. He doesn't want us to seperate right now at least.
