i've only done one 2k before and that was when i was really out of shape. the most recent erg piece i did was a 4 by 1k (rest about 10 minutes between each) and i got a 1:53, 1:55, 1:57, and a 1:58 average on them. i'm going to have to do a 2k so based off of that information, what should i expect/ aim for as an average split?

i know the endocrine system helps all of them but what body system is of any help whatsoever to the endocrine system?

so i got a referral and detention for leaving my class a few minutes early. later in that class i was asked to write a story, so it was about an evil teacher who over reacts to what her innocent students to when they decide to take a few liberties. my teacher wasn't too happy and announced it to the class. this one kid told me to "grow up" and write another story. i don't know why, but what the kid said is stuck in my head no matter what i do. do i really need to grow up? people are allowed to have opinions

i need to convince my mom to change her mind about something i believe that she is completely wrong about. and straight up asking her to reconsider isn't working. do any of you know how people's minds work and a couple tricks i can use to subtlety persuade her into changing her mind?
