I have a pretty simple question, but one that will either save (or cost) me a couple hundred dollars. I'm investing in a 24-70mm lens, and decided that I like Sigma overall over tamron (I have a tamron 28-70 2.8 now and just feels very cheaply made to me compared to the sigma lenses, also is having some AF issues.

Anyway, I didn't post to debate whether tamron or sigma are better, just wondering what the main difference between the following two lenses are, and whether it's worth the $330 price jump.

Hi, I currently have a nvidia GTX470 videocard installed on my Desktop with win 7, 64bit.

Since Nvidia only allows you to use 2 monitors of of 1 of their cards, you have to use a second videocard to use more monitors. I am a professional videographer and need to have a third monitor going, which is why I need to do this.

Once I buy another GTX470, how do I install it so that I can use BOTH videocards at once? Is it as simple as just installing it into the computer normally or are there extra steps?

Hi, I've loooked up a ton of stuff about interval runs. i'm a pretty decent runner and want to start getting into interval runs more. My 5k (3.1m) time is 21'07" and i would like to drop it down to near 20'00". Please give me a good plan to run 2 or 3 times a week. thanks!

Example:

5 min warm up

1 min 10mph

1 min rest

(repeat last two steps 6 times)

5 min cool down

Yesterday, I was fishing (in New Jersey) and a ranger came up to me and asked what i was fishing for. I said trout, or what ever else I can catch. He then said "Well, where's your trout stamp?". I tried to explain to him that I was just fishing for fun not to keep anything, which was the truth, and I also told him that wal*mart told me that I only needed a trout stamp if i were to keep the trout. He then took my drivers license and fishing license and wrote me a warning and said these exact words to me "I'm giving you a written warning, you MUST purchase a trout stamp for your license with in seven days and you'll never here from me again." aside from the guy not being the nicest, I want to know....

Do you need a trout stamp on your license if your fishing for trout but not keeping them?

how much caffeine is in a guarana berry?

I'm not talking about energy drinks, i'm talking about the berries themselves. At the place i used to work a guy was talking about when he went to south america and a tribe gave him a couple (i don't know how many) guarana berries and he couldn't sleep for over a day or two. Hi, I have a really romantic day planned in Philadelphia for valentine's day with my girlfriend, (ice skating, sunset watching... the whole deal!).

a problem I have is that I can't find a nice little cafe to eat dinner at. It doesn't have to be fancy or anything, just a nice cute place. I can't spend much on dinner, no more then like 30 bucks total, and even a nice place to get salads/sandwiches would be great. We both like to eat healthy so do try to keep that in mind. Hello, I am 18 years old, weigh about 155lbs, and am 5'11". I would call myself "skinny" but not necessarily in the best shape. I just started working out again, and this time i intend to stick with my work out! (I have started and stopped alot over the last year or two) I just can't ever get past the first 3-5 weeks.

As far as eating healthy goes, i am fine with that and everything because i know that is the base of getting in good shape.

Basically, I am looking to tone up as well as build some muscle. I want to start out with just some basic exercises, then adventually work my way up.

I just purchiced two 10lb dumbells at walmart today, and I figure I can get some decent work outs in at home everyday (or every otherday). I would have bought more, but as you probably know, they can be quite expensive.

If someone could give me a bunch of dumbell exercises that i could do daily or every other day, or even better, a detailed work out plan.

Hi, my girlfriend and I are both 18 and will be going on a vacation together in Canada, more specifically, Quebec. We'll be staying at the Hilton. BTW, we will be driving (from New Jersey)

I was wondering, what should I know about Canada thats different then the US? Ex: signs in km/hour, taxes, etc....

I'm just trying to get a good insight before I get there so there are no surprises that i don't know about :-O

I'm 18 and i'm going to stay at a sheraton hotel but I need to be checked in by someone 21 or older! I won't know anyone in the area and now i'm screwed. the person would have to give their license and the hotel would copy it and everything so i doubt some random person would just do it for me.
