Okay, before I explain, I just want to say that this isn't a troll question. This is also not a joke. I'm just confused. But if you call me insane or an idiot after you're done reading this, I would not blame you one bit.

Three years ago, at the mid end of sixth grade, my mom gave me and my sister a new deodorant. Around the time I put it on, people started to get really sick. Mainly coughing. At first I didn't care, I wasn't born with misophonia. I never expected myself to be sensitive towards any particular noise. But that changed when I got a thought that said that it was my fault why everyone was coughing in particular. I started wondering if it was true and asked my younger sis (by nine months) about it. She said that it can't be me because when SHE wore it no one coughs or sneeze in her class, not even the kids with allergies. But being the gullible kid that I was, I soon believed it cause I thought it came from me. I identified with it. But now I am not sure. Again, I'm not trying to get attention, I'm just confused. And thanks to that thought I've been suffering from misophonia for three years.

I keep getting some ****** up thoughts that are trying to make me prejudice against other girls and I'm one myself. I have looked down upon them because thoughts usually influence your behaviors. Can you give me advice on how to get rid of these thoughts?

I've been holding two grudges. One of them for 2 and a half years and the other for 3 years. One of them is about an insult someone said to me about my appearance in sixth grade but this year I reconciliated with them and I asked them if he thought I was ugly and he said no.

The other one is about a thought that told me that it's my fault why people get sick on this world. I gave into it and sort of get annoyed when a person coughs. PLEASE don't judge me, I'm not a troll. I'm just seeking help to make my life turn back to normal. :)

I'm rather confused.

I keep getting thoughts that are saying that they are inferior and repulsive. The saddest part is that I'm a girl myself (15 yrs old).

Basically, there's this new rumor going around on the internet that state that mixed race people are the most attractive, mixed race people are more attractive, or all mixed race people are beautiful in general. Trust me, I have never heard of this "mixed people are beautiful" crap until I first got exposed to the Internet. There are even some people, especially FEMALES, that are saying that they want to get with someone from a different race just to have a mixed child.

You see, the reason I have a problem with this is because its annoying, its ignorant, its makes these people look like fools, and its demeaning to mixed race people (of any combination). How is it demeaning? Fetishizing a person will always be demeaning their well being. Because you are visualizing them as nothing more but some sex or glorifying object. Not all mixed people are beautiful. Not all mixed people are plain. Not all mixed people are ugly. They are just mixed. If you are a mixed race person and you are feeling good about all this fetish then you have issues. Cause these are not compliments, they are stereotypes and fetish. Beauty is at the eye of the beholder.

I used to call mixed race people black, but now I choose not to.

I'm agnostic and Christians keep threatening me about hell, but I want to stop fearing it. I don't really think its real. What do yout think? (A nonreligious perspective)

I really don't.

I rather feel that intrusive thoughts are false, like far from true. But they influence your emotions. I m getting really bad thoughts about underage females (girls) and I want to push them away, I discriminated against a race of people last year (thanks to a negative intrusive thought) and I never want to be prejudice like that ever again. Deep down inside I do not hate or even dislike underage females (sorry I prefer to say "underage females" than "girls" :D) but thoughts influence your emotions, and emotions may influence your behavior, you see what I m saying? I also keep having sexual thoughts and it disgusts me. Should I push away these intrusive thoughts, or just let them be? Please don t attack me, I m not a troll. I m just seeking help cause I need to stop this disturbing burden. :(

I'm a dark skinned black female and I get called ugly every year. It can't have anything to do with my face proportion or facial symmetry because both are perfect. I also see many boys calling black girls ugly. A guy said I looked like "****" and looked "dirty" when i was going to one of my periods in high school. Do you think it is because of my racial features and skin tone? I think it does.

There were roaches everywhere in my kitchen when my sibling woke up and went inside there. Before we barely had roaches. There was many at first, then it stopped, and now they are coming back. And I think it will be worse than before we don't put an end to it quick!

I lost some faith in God last year by listening to blasphemous statements by atheists, and I know that was a stupid thing to do. I didn't mean to listen to them, I received a thought to listen to them.
