  • I think I'm falling for him?

My boyfriend and I met through Christianmingle.com back in June. We dated for a good 3 months before he asked me to be his girlfriend. We have many things in common and get along great! He is a perfect gentleman, who has all the qualities I've ever wasted. I feel this great peace when I'm with him. We've only been in a girlfriend/boyfriend relationship for 6 weeks, but I feel like he could be the man I've been waiting for my whole life! I feel like God placed him in my life for a reason.

On a side note, he had his parents drive 3 hours to come have lunch with me last week, and asked to meet my parents 2 weeks into our relationship. He's asked me to take a weekend trip to his hometown. I feel like this is getting very serious every day. How serious would you say this sounds? Where could this lead to?

  • How do I tell my parents I'm getting baptized?

I was born into a Catholic family. They baptized me into the Catholic church when I was a baby. Two years ago, I converted to Christianity. My mom didn't take that well because in her mind, the Catholic church is God's only church. She threatened to kick me out of the house if I became a Christian. I was able to stay thanks to my dad even though I left the Catholic church. I accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior about two years ago, and I know that it's time that I get baptized in the Christian church. My church will be having a baptism in the next few weeks, any ideas on how to break the news to my parents?
