What are the chances of me being pregnant? please help!?
I use the pill. I came on last Friday after I finished my pack. I had my period until Wednesday but I always wait until Friday (a week) until I start a new pack. I had sex on Wednesday night it was interrupted he did not *** but ive heard of pre *** getting you pregnant?
Could I be pregnant? Will the week off the pill effect me? It's too late for the morning after pill.

This isn't an every day occurrence I just occasionally socially smoke- I have free lessons on tues wed fri and occasionally have a cigarette on those days- no more than 4 in a week. But I'm just paranoid that my mum will smell it on me
Because it is a limited amount a week, will showering on these days and febreezing clothes be effective to hide smell?
I never actually buy a cigarette pack, I either give a friend 50p for one or bum one.
Has anyone managed to hide it from their parents?

It's not an every day habit and I never buy my own pack and I don't intend it to be, however I live with my parents still I'm 17 just for that occasion what Is the best way to mask the smell? Febreeze my clothes, gum, shower when home?? Need advice!!

Please don't tell me to love my body or to lose weight. I am 16 5 ft 4 and 110 pounds. Losing weight would lead to me being at an unhealthy bmi. I have 20.5 inch thighs. They look huge for my body as I have slender calves too.
I have huge saddlebags on the thighs. I do squats lunges run the treadmill elliptical bikes eat better yet it's not enough. How do I get rid of them? I feel my thighs would be slimmer without them. I hate not being able to wear skinny jeans or shorts as I have been mocked before and called thunder thighs and had over horrible comments. Please help me :(

Is this diet low in fat enough to help me to store less fat? I know it's full of carbs but they're all complex carbs and I want to avoid bingeing on junk food. Will this with exercise help budge thigh fat?

I have been trying to eat clean. my old daily diet consisted of:
Breakfast: a bowl of coco pops snack: apple
Lunch: white bread bagel with butter & cheese/ crackers & cheese with fruit
OR ricecakes with low fat philidephia & fruit.
Snacks: a packet of crisps a day, a small chocolate bar a day OR two cookies.
Dinner: whatever happened to be served. and after very rarely a hot chocolate or icelolly. I used to drink a diet coke every day.
Now:
Breakfast: I alternate between wholegrain cheerios & milk, no butter scrambled egg on thin low carb toast or fruit with greek yogurt.
Lunch: either ricecakes with philidephia with ham lettuce fruit & yoghurt, or a low carb bread sandwich with lettuce & ham no butter.
Snacks: apples, yoghurts, light babybels
Dinner: whatever is served.
But I can rarely stick to this 100% and find myself either overating healthy stuff- lots of low carb bread or 3 apples etc, or every day having a small bad snack like 2 cookies, or a packet of crisps.
im pear shaped and meant to be eating low fat yet I cant seem to manage it and keep givinf in and eating (a small amount) of full fat cheese or a pack of crisps etc.
I go to the gym and do half an hour a day (if I miss a day I do an hour to make it up)
I tell myself a small treat of crisps or one mcdonalds wont hurt, or a few sweets wont cause a problem but I think im kidding myself and I basically need to know whether I need to sort this out and eat better or not as im SICK of the extra fat on my thighs, and worried i'm limiting my own progress!!

I'm a bit confused, my thighs are 21 inches yet against my small frame they are big to the extent where my nickname is thunder thighs.
Basically, I've recently discovered my leg is mainly muscle as there is little to pinch except small amounts of inner thigh fat at the top. I currently do squats and lunges with dumbells go to the gym 3-4 times a week, used to do high intensity cardio now lowered the resistance due to fears of muscle building.
I do the elliptical treadmill and exercise bike... How do I slim down my muscular thighs?
Don't say 'eat fatty foods' and no exercise as I want some form of tone but am worried about how to do this. Do I cut down the gym? What should I eat? Please help!!

Trying to eat as clean as i can, as my mum buys my food, it is difficult to have certain options.
Breakfast- going to go to asda (Walmart in America) and buy some oats, add water and make it in the microwave, and eat with chopped banana and Greek yoghurt. When it gets boring I can buy cinnamon or organic PB or something to make it better. Is this clean?
Lunch- chicken/ ham/ tuna/ turkey salads seem to be the jist of lunch. Rokit celery beet root lettuce etc as these are all my mum will buy.
Are ricecakes with hummus particularly bad? I know they're not clean but fresh salad isn't available every day, as I'm limited in choice.
Snacks- fruit & yoghurt seem to be my current snack choice, along with carrot sticks or celery sticks with hummus.
Dinner- I'm thinking fish, mash with carrots mixed up and veg, and some nights grilled chicken brown rice and veg. These are the healthiest I can push it.
I know this isn't a particularly clean diet and dinner is likely to be packaged and organic, but this is the best try I can make as I have little control over my choices. I'm trying to reduce body fat and in particular thigh fat and be leaner. If I eat the correct amount of calories for my weight and height to maintain a day (1400- 1500) will I lose fat? Considering my old diet was
Breakfast: coco pops & milk, or a cheese bagel
Lunch: rice cakes with philideohia & ham, fruit packet of crisps.
Snacks: either 2 choc chip cookies or a chocolate bar or sweets.
Dinner: whatever is cooked.
Takeaways once a week, and often a fry up breakfast Sunday, with a bagel lunch and unhealthy burger & chips dinner with chocolate as snacks & ben & jerrys dessert.
Is this clean enough along with my gym exercise 3-4 times a week to lose fat? Any simple ideas I can ask my mum to buy e.g just swapping white to wholemeal pasta, or asking for grilled chicken over fried etc? Thankyou!!!

Breakfast: a bowl of cereal and soy milk or egg white omelette or porridge with fruit
Lunch: an apple, rice cakes with turkey/ham strips (is extra light philidelphia spread ok?) and my non fat 100 cal yoghurt. What other healthy lunches can I have?
Dinner: I have little control over this, but no takeaways no McDonald's no pizza no overly fast food. Unfortunately I may have the odd unhealthy dinner as mum often makes pastas with sauces and cheese, and chicken goujons with waffles but ill try to convince her to make more potatoes with lean meats, grilled chicken & rice and healthier dinners.
Snacks: fruit & low fat yoghurt. Will avoid chocolate sweets crisps cakes.
I go to the gym 4 times a week, will up my sessions to 45 mins a time, and do Pilates classes too.
I'm 5'4 weigh 110 pounds (7 stone 12) 20.5 inch thighs huge thighs with a tiny body. I've tried exercising and they've toned but I feel they've gotten bigger. I'm going to reduce the incline/resistance on the gym machines to prevent bulking. I hate my thighs. My nickname is thunder thighs.

I'm at my goal weight. I'm 5'4 weight 110-112 pounds (7 stone 12- 8 stone) my thighs are between 20.5 inches- 21 inches (I fluctuate) and I don't want to lose weight anymore I'm just fed up of big thighs on a small body. My nickname is thunder thighs and I hate it.
I'm 16 so too young for surgery. I just need a way to slim my thighs, i go to the gym and am more toned yet I still have lots of inner thigh flab. I want thighs more in proportion to my body. I know fat deposits in this area, so I was wondering if I try to eat clean and cut out chocolate ice cream takeaways and stick to a reasonable diet along with cardio, can I slim my thighs?
If I go to the gym 4 times a week burn roughly 300 calories each time (that is enough to tone me and maintain my weight as I am no longer losing. Any more and I'm either so hungry I binge or I lose too much) combined with a clean diet for breakfast and lunch and hopefully dinner as my mum chooses what we eat, but if I try my hardest to eat clean but the correct amount of calories, will this help me lose inches off my thighs without causing too much of a weight difference?

So I regularly go to the gym Atleast 3 times a week and have built up muscle and I am toned. My legs in particular. I go away for 7 days, and have no access to a gym and only a swimming pool, as I will not be allowed to go for a run by myself in a different country.
Basically, I'm going to try and diet a bit before hand so if I gain a pound or two it's ok- but try and eat healthily, like
Fruit & yoghurt breakfast, chicken salad lunch and whatever is there for dinner and have ice cream every 2 days rather than every day as I am on holiday to be fair.
But I don't know what to do to keep my body in shape. I go away on the twentieth of August however am doing work experience this week- from next week should I up my gym sessions to 5/6 times so a week out wont be as bad? How many lengths should I roughly swim to try and keep tone, and should I do squats etc will they help??
I go back to school 3 days after my holiday finishes so I don't want to be too out of shape!! Please help :')

I have a small triangle gap just before the thighs touch and only a small amount of the thighs actually touch- this is pure untoned jelly that hasn't toned after 2 months of the squats and gym.
My outer parts and most of my thighs are toned- there is thigh to grab but it isn't wobbly, it's firm however my inner upper area refuses to change and is very wobbly. I'm going to focus on new inner thigh toning exercises as well as my daily squat routine however will this give a thigh gap or just more toned touching thighs?

I weigh 112 pounds. My bust is a 32c waist 26.5 inches hips 36 inches and my disgusting thighs are between 21-21.5 inches.
I don't want to lose weight as I am 5'4 and near the bottom of the bmi scale. My problem is my thighs. I want them to be smaller.
I go to the gym, use the treadmill elliptical & bike 3-4 times a week I do squats and inner thigh exercises daily for 2 months and have been at the gym for 2 months and prior to that swam 3 times a week for about 4 months.
Yet my inner thigh refuses to tone up and there is still huge amounts of inner fat (the rest has toned up nicely) my calves are only 13.5 inches thickest due to muscle which is tiny in comparison to my thighs.
I just don't know what to do about my awful thighs. I feel really in confident and to loose 2 inches of thigh fat would make me so much happier. But I've read this is impossible... Is exercise making my thighs bulkier? Unfortunately I only measured them recently and have no idea of my before size but I feel like little has changed. Please help me.
I feel like surgery is the only option but there must be something other than that.

I have a 32C bust but I do want them to look slightly bigger. I'm going to buy a slightly push up bra to help but I don't want too big of a push up bra as it don't want to look too fake. i'd rather find a style of top that naturally enhances your breasts- for example on my shape v neck sometimes makes them look a bit smaller, whereas a rounder style gives them a rounder appearance.
Any specific styles I should go for?
