  • Different types of farm animals?

My family and I just moved to a nice chunk of land in North Florida. (60 acres) We're starting our own farm. Now my family has experience in farming, so I don't need tips or anything like that. I'm just wondering if I'm missing anything. I've made a list of animals we will be getting and I would like y'all to let me know if I've missed any. 1. Layin hens 2. Chickens for meat 3. Turkeys 4. Goats 5. Cows 6. Horses 7. Dogs 8. A cat 9. Rabbits 10. Hogs 11. Ducks 12. Quail 13. Peacock (This is only a possibility. I have to talk my dad into it. He hates the noise they make) 14. Donkey (Also only a possibility. My Dad says, "I hate jack asses and I don't want one." But My Mom says, "Sure honey, you can get a donkey." So I don't know yet...)

We aren't getting sheep, bees, or geese.

So anything you can think of would be very helpful! The more animals we have, the merrier I'll be! :) Thank you in advance! God bless! <>< Rachel

  • First time flyer, soooo scared!!! Please help!?

I'm going on a trip to Missouri with my youth group in July. I'm 16 but I'll be 17 when we go on the trip. I've never flown before and I am terrified. I'm super scared of heights and I don't know what to do. Can you give me any relaxation tips or anything? I'm afraid I'm going to have a panic attack. Anything that you think might help, please post! Thank you so much! <>< Rachel

  • Cute dog names??????

I'm about to get a Canaan Dog puppy and I need some name suggestions. I have picked a name out that I kinda like but I don't know... It's Penggali (Pen Golly) which means "Digger" in Indonesian. Because Canaan Dogs REALLY like to dig. What do you guys think? Yes? No? Any suggestions? I'm open to anything. I'm not sure yet if it will be a girl or boy. I'm going to visit someone with 5 of them so whichever one I fall in love with will be the one I take home with me. Thanks for your help!

  • Easy ways to teach a puppy basic commands and tricks.?

I have an adult Pit bull that can sit on command but his "tricks" stop there. I just got a Rottweiler puppy and I would like this dog to be obedient and learn some tricks. I would like to teach it how to,

    1. Sit

    2. Stay

    3. Lay down

    4. Roll over

    5. Shake

    6. Heel

    7. Speak

    8. Catch treats on it's nose

    9. Fetch

    10. High five

    11. Play dead

    12. Chase her tail

    13. Come when she's called

    14. Beg

    15. Down (like get off the bed, couch, chair etc.)

And any other neat tricks or basic commands you can think of.

Now of course I don't expect her to learn these all in one day, in fact, I don't expect her to learn many of these maybe 6 or 7 of them. But still, I would love any advice on easy training for any of these tricks. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch!
