I'm a skinny fat guy, 168 cms, 52 kgs, 17 years old.

I have skinny arms, face, chest, while all my fat is concentrated on my stomach.

I've been running regularly since an year, I've lost a bit of fat and have developed calves. My legs are very thick, almost like a sprinter's.

Can you all suggest me some exercises (at home, the gym is too far too go other than on sundays).

I've already cleansed my diet, I eat junk once a fortnight.

I want to build some biceps and lose my belly fat.

How do I bulk before losing weight? Or do I lose weight and then bulk slowly (Dont think that is the correct way, personally) Thanks People.

How do you edit a PDF file's font size style etc?

I used Calibre to convert a PDF to txt and then publish a PDF through word after copy-editing.

But, somehow, its always irregular. The words are fine but the sentences break off in the middle, so there are NO paragraphs and it gets difficult to read, like,

It's a big problem and it's very irritating when you are even unable to read ebooks bought for a price.

How do I format the books properly? Will Buying Acrobat solve the problem?

I was a brilliant sprinter as a kid usually in the top 8 in my grade.

I'm currently in 10th, 5'5 and weigh around 110 pounds with a bit of leg muscles.

Today i ran 400m heats from which I was knocked out in the second round...i ran a 68 sec while the winner did a 58.5. He doesnt do any training btw.

While in 800m i'm comparatively much better, I've lost all my sprinting speed, even when I could have got in front of a couple of guys, I was unable to maximize my endurance, also I was overtaken by thempretty easily earlier.

I can do a 1:40 600m and 2:10 800m but my school doesn't do either of these.

So for the next athletic meet, I wanna get atleast under a minute in 400m, even though my legs held up pretty nicely with lactose, I cannot do a 60s without the raw speed, I wasn't quick off the blocks and found my self unable to get in front of 2 simiarly matched guys :/

Any tips for incresing speed endurance? And acceleration?

I have recently become a running freak, or pretty close to it. I am quite short, so i went into endurance which i prefer.

I have vastly imrpoved myself, by using an exercise bike for VO2 and running on ground. I am trying to improve my running for 400m-1 km.

I can currently do 500m(with a climb of 50m, gradient of around 10%) in under 1:45, which i plan to improve.

However, since the last 4-5 months i have been plagued by injuries. I used to ride on my Bicycle, but i stopped after i damaged both of my knees for 2-3 weeks. I have got shin splints, pain in ankles and the ball of my feet and pain in other parts of my foot too.

I haven't done intensive training which i plant to start in some weeks. I dont have legs like sticks, im actually quite thin other than my legs.

I've tried to improve my running technique and i do warm up before running, but i injure my self a LOT.

I used to play tennis before this, but i stopped after suffering from injuries and back ache.

How Can i stop getting injured for weeks Please Help? I am only 15?!

I started cycling last month. I used to do moderate, plain (no.uphill./ downhilletc) cycling around.4-5 days a week for 30 min a day

every time i'd get off My bike, id have pain in my knees which would go away the next day. I didnt thiink much.of it and blamed it on my bike (its small for me)

i stopped it around 10.days ago but i still have an ache in my knees.

It pains when i am climbing stairs, sitting on my knees or bending them.

Or exerting them in any way.

And the pain is not receding.

I havent been exercising or playing due to them.

Im a fit 15 yr old and i havent had any trouble.with them before. ( i have backache sometimes)

Please suggest some way to stop it??

so now a 2 months l8er her partner develops a crush on her and we talked about it..so then i realised that i,too liked her...so i and her started talking and i told her that he liked her. and then 2 days later,they have a big fight and stopped talking to each other and now ignore each other...and now im in a position to have some more reasons to talk to her...BUT! due to the fight, i think shes ignoring me too coz it was mainly due to me the fight was there but i never made /planned it. i dont know what she is thinking right now and i really want an advice- how should i talk to her? she is a fun loving girl who likes jokes and also an year before her friend said that she liked me...really what should i do? i have her number and i text her jokes sometimes but she never replies not coz she thinks it isnt worth it. she did replied once between a convo...but it was just 4-5 msgs. so how should i talk to her/take it to next level/make her understand that i dont care whatever he says,ill still pursue her...
