I was pulled over for disobeying a stop sign which I didnt' do but regardless of that the real problem is when I was pulled over he was very aggressive and ask where i work. does a cop have the right to ask that question? i refused to answer it. he claimed he wanted to know because someone with my last name and birthday were 'wanted' in the city. which i know he lied about because i have an uncommon last name and i know everyone with that last name in the city. noone has the same birthday as me. when i told him that he acted like he never said any of that and was like anyways here i dropped your ticket. it seemed like he wanted to make me happy so i wouldn't say anything or report him. can he ask where i work? can he make up that he suspects i'm wanted?
