green eyed wonder

I'm a college student from New York who's dabbled in some Final Cut and I'm looking to produce my first ever "real" documentary, but I'm having some difficulty coming up with a topic. Maybe someone can help, I'd like it to be something that is interesting and relevant to a college student, yet not too challenging since I am still an amateur. Thanks!!

Okay I have a group interview at the Abercrombie & Fitch Flagship store on Fifth Avenue in New York on Monday at 5 p.m. The other day when I was I their offices filling out my application I overheard some group interviews going on and i have gone on group interviews for other stores, but i am still so nervous. Can you give me an idea of what to do and what the interviewers will like and what kinds of questions to expect. I am a pretty good ad-libber and am outgoing, but I'd still like to know what to expect. I already have what I'm wearing picked out--a navy Abercrombie & Fitch polo shirt and navy and yellow madras shorts from Abercrombie & Fitch, and I already got my hair cut nice and neat, but still I'm nervous--PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Okay so I want to get an HDTV. If I get HD cable and my other tvs are SD is it possible to see the HD channel in letterbox format on the SDTV? I know the quality won't be HD, but I hate when shows are cropped for SD I'd rather watch the whole thing letterboxed. Is there a special connection for the SDTV to down--convert the HD signal?

I am 20 years old and really (I say all of this in a way that isn't conceited because I'm far from it) awesome, cute, smart, funny, caring guy and a nice dresser and yet I never, ever find any interested girls. Most of my friends, either guys or girls, never seem to have any trouble finding people yet the few girls that I find are like scary stalkers. Any ideas or advice??

I am mostly Irish and Spanish and have brown hair, greenish-grey eyes, and pretty white skin with freckles. And I trace my ancestry back to Ireland and Spain. Apparently people have such prejudices because I was riding the train to Manhattan today and my cell phone rang and it was my cousin from Spain (who happens to look the SAME as me) and she and I chatted for a few minutes in Spanish. As I was doing that I noticed a few (dark haired, dark eyed with tan skin) Spanish women stop talking and stare dead at me--As if I had done something wrong. Not that I consider myself Hispanic, but it annoyed me because it made me feel like such an outsider, like I wasn't allowed to be who I was.

I know that the c*m isn't dirty, but I just can't help get past that feeling of being grossed out by it. This problem has been going on for at least five or six years and I need advice.
