Okay so he was deported for overstaying his visa after crashing into a building while DUI. However, he has not commited any crimes. He was held in ICE and was not given a chance of going to court or a trial or a lawyer. Is there any chance he was unlawfully deported? What can I do?

  • I-130, I-601 and/or I-212?? Help?

Stepdad was deported. We know we definately have to file I-601 for hardship. However, we don't know if we need to apply for both the I-130 and the I-212 or if we can file the I-212. So, do we have to file the I-130 first or can we save that money and put it towards filing the I-601 and I-212. Also, do we pay the total price of each individual form or is there some sort of price for them together? Help is greatly appreciated. We're desperate and don't have money for a lawyer.

  • What kind of dog do I have?

She was abandoned and just showed up where I was staying and never left so I adopted her. She is furry and her fur is mostly black, very little of her chest and face are white, and her legs and face have some tan. She is the dog on my profile picture. Her tail is somewhat furry and curls up sometimes. Help? I don't know if she is a purebred or a mix but my family thinks she is a mix.

  • Can my step dad's I-601 be approved if we are in the foreign country?

My aunt and grandfather paid for our tickets (mine and my mother's) and we do have to pay them back. The latest our tickets expire for our return are late July/early August. If we can prove our extreme hardship that we are currently experiencing as well as providing health/financial/other hardships we would experience within the U.S., could the I-601 be approved?

  • How can my stepdad come back to the US after being deported?

My step dad was in a car accident and crashed into a building (DUI) so when they took him in for question he admitted to overstaying his visa and has been deported. Due to the fact the he was our only source of income at the time and my mother couldn't find a job, we were evicted and my mother and I came to the country he was deported to while my brother stayed in the US and is trying to find a job and a place to stay while we try and make some money here and find a way to get my step dad to be able to go back. On one site it said something about filing the I-601 and the I-130 and something about extreme hardship. How do we file the extreme hardship? Is there any other way for him to go back legally without waiting 10 years? He was in the US for 9 years. Help please?

  • My cat ruined my blanket.?

I have a cat, and she's been kneading my extremely soft and fuzzy Cheshire Cat blanket. I wouldn't have such a problem with this if the places she has been kneading weren't becoming hard and strange feeling. Is there any way I can restore my blanket to it's original glory?

  • How can I be homeschooled in Uruguay?

I'm going to be staying in Uruguay for about 3 months and my mother and I don't know who to contact in order to figure out how I can be homeschooled, where to get the materials, or how to transfer myself back into public school once I come back to the United States.

  • How do I count calories?

So, I know HOW to count calories. However, I have no idea how many calories or fat or anything else that homemade foods contain, stuff without packaging, packaging that doesn't state the calories or other nutrition information. For example, my mom is making a homemade dinner with stuff from the Shoprite deli. The packages have plastic wrap and a stryrofoam bottom with a sticker saying the ingredients. Help?

  • How can I lose 50 lbs in two months?

I thought I asked this before. Anyways, I want to lose 50 lbs by the time school starts up again. I figured I could spend 3 hours on the elliptical and eat 1200 calories. However, I don't have one yet. So I was wondering if I could do so by walking 6 miles a day and consuming no more than 1200 calories. Will this help? Is there anything more I can do? I know I should run, but I have very little stamina and get tired easily which is why I don't. Believe me, I've tried. OH! Also, I'm 15 years old, 5'1.25" and 180 lbs. Please help, and thanks in advance!
