Help! Unfair dismissal?
Hi,
This all happened during my probation period.. i am aware that I cannot really do anything but something else is bothering me.. i was sacked over a rumour that went around about me, which wasnt my fault and i wasnt happy. It wasnt fair at all. She then said i had the right to appeal which i said i would so then she would be in touch. I have heard nothing from them, and somebody new is starting today before i have even had my appeal! Is that right? Can they do that?
