I just bought a Radeon HD3870x2 Graphics card and for some reason its enabling my onboard GMA950 from 945g chipset. Is there any way to disable this? My system is an HP Pavilion a1720n with 4GB ram, Core 2 duo E6400 and Windows 7 Home Premium x64.

I just got an hp a1310n from a friend. I tried installing a Diamond Radeon HD3850 in it and when powered up the cpu fan races and there is no picture. The graphics card is getting power. Does this sound like a dirty PCI-E lane?

Does anyone know if the PE4H eGPU controller will function with a Gateway NV7915u. The specs are i3-330m w/ hd330m gfx, 4gb ram@1066. Any help appreciated.

I just received a Toshiba Satellite l455-s5008 laptop and the internal lcd does not show any picture. The only thing that works on the panel seems to be the backlight. It seems to run just fine with an external monitor. when i moved the screen the picture flickered on and then off. Any ideas?

I have a Gateway NV7915u and i recently got a battery for it. When i put the battery in it the battery charging indicator came on for about 5 minutes then started flashing. With the battery in it the laptop will turn on for about 2-3 minutes then suddenly shuts off like i had a power outage. Any help is greatly appreciated.

can anyone tell me how i can set up my filezilla server to run on a remote connection ie. access from a different network. I want to try to avoid getting a dmz host and web domain as much as possible.

I have a Durabrand htb and whenever i flip the powerswitch on the back of the unit the speakers make a pop noise. Any ideas of what would cause this
