My credit card payment was due 9/18/2010. When it is due i usually pay sometimes before midnight, however, in this instance I forgot about it until 1:30am on 9/19/2010. Would this constitute a situation in which i could be charged a late fee?

I am to understand that they both come in on the same cable. I frequently utilize bittorrent and other bandwidth intensive programs. As such, will this affect the TV signal(perhaps make it laggy, etc). this is a major factor in my choosing Uverse or something else.

I have a blackberry curve 8900 with the blackberry service. it says 'world phone' when I turn it on and off. As such, my question is whether I can use it internationally without additional services, and if so, would roaming fees be an issue?

All the pandemic viruses, bacterias, etc. that one hears of cause negative effects(speaking from a Darwinian point of view wouldn't such a virus only have to be able to survive to spread, not necessarily be detrimental to macrobiotic life). who is to say that they have to cause negative effects, is it at all possible that pandemic viruses, etc. would be able to spread with such speed as say flu or something of the sort and have positive effects?

what about the possibilities of such thing being utilized through genetic and chemical engineering to serve a positive ends?

Today the ATM machine ate my debit card after i withdrew $20. I called the bank and they said that the best they can do is give me a new card, which would take 7-10 days. problem is I had an electricity bill that was due today that i usually pay online.. couldnt do that.. additionally i need to buy my books for school within the next few days.

what are my options? could the bank give me temporary checks or something?

If i take it to the genius bar at one of the stores will that work? or do i need to mail it to the factory?

any advice would be appreciated.

Last wednesday night i was at a bar and it pre-authorized my debit card for $50 dollars. Its been several days and is now monday evening. My question is how long could i expect to wait until they actually send the info so it will go through and I can get most of that money back? whats the average that most places take to run the information? and what is maybe the longest i could be waiting?

I am an Illinois resident, however i go to school in Indiana and I am currently registered to vote in West Lafayette Indiana (i was briefly registered in my home district)... If I was interested in writing to my congressman, which one would I write to?

The plastic lever that locks the CPU down to the motherboard broke when i was removing the CPU. Also in the struggle the CPU(i believe) became damaged(when placed back in mobo the computer will not start except for the fans and lights on mobo). If I were to go out and buy a new CPU of the same make and model would it work? keeping in mind the locking mechanism is broken[still slides, just wont lock])

It looks to be in decent shape, but could look better.. other then polish what could I do to return it to a more pristine condition? and recommended tools or recommended reading I should look into?

I downloaded a torrent file of Planet Earth, the files are each 2.2 gigabytes, claim to be 720p and in .avi format. My question is if when i play these on my HD tv through either my computer or through my PS3 to my 1080p HDTV will they look HD as if say i was watching them on tv.

and also would a series of .mkv files that are 4 gigs each look better and be a better download alternative?
