  • LOW BLOOD SUGAR QUESTION?

Someone I know has claimed to have had a low blood sugar drop of 24 the other night. She said she was pooping and peeing and couldnt control it. And it was so low she couldnt talk. But she could text her friend at one in the morning to come help her. Her friend was there within half an hour and "saved" her life by forcing peanut butter in her mouth to keep her alive. Now this person has been known to lie and crave attetion. She has said many of time before her sugar has dropped but once tested at the exact moment of saying that by my dad who is a diabetic, her sugar was 210. Could sugar drop that low? Could it cause you to no be able to control you bow movements? How long does it take you to recover?

  • Why does this intimidate me so much?

So I've been riding for nine years and have trained a lot of two year olds and have shown them successfully. But when I go to ride in front of someone i guess your could say I look up to I get all nervous and it goes down hill. lol People always tell me how good of a rider I am and I believe them but I don't have a lot of confidence in front of certain people. Like my friend wanted me to ride her horse in between shows at AAQHC. I wanted to so bad. It was a perfect push button WP gelding. But I made an excuse to do something else because I was to worried I wouldn't be able to work him correctly in front of everyone. Why is this?! I want to be more comfortable in front of everyone and show what I really can do and so much more.

  • Equine college or natural skill?

So I am trying to figure out my future. I know that when I am older i want to own and run my own full service public stable. I just don't know if I should go to an equine college or just go for standard college and then go with my own natural skill that I poses. I kinda believe that most of those equine skills you learn are not taught in a class room. They come through working with others who know what they are doing. Also do you have to havecertainnlicensess to run a stable or anything of that sort?

  • If your horse is trained for western pleasure...?

I am training my horse for western pleasure and I was wondering when I take her to show what other classes could she enter and possibly place in that she would be good at. She is very good at western pleasure and I wouldnt want to do any classes that would hurt her slow easy performance in western pleasure. Any suggestions? :)
