We depend on his income to maintain the bills. I work full time every day during the week. He is at home all the time so he drinks all day. He spends approximately $100 per week just on alcohol. My income is spent on buying groceries, putting gas in the car and general household maintenance. How can I allow him to have control over some of the income, (knowing he is going to drink it all away) and not feel guilty for taking his income to pay the bills?

The company only has 3 employee's and the handbook is 16 pages long and about a 4 font! I will not lie this came after I was wrote up. I feel this document was written to fire me and for me to lose my accrued vacation time. It also includes now drug and alcohol testing. (Which I'm not concerned about). I just want to know if and employer can make you sign a handbook now after this amount of time? It states in the book if I don't sign I will be fired and loose my vaca time. Do I have any rights?

The company I work for just put together an employee handbook which includes vacation time exemption upon termination. I don't agree with that part of if cause if I sign that I received it I agree to what it says. I looked online and found if I don't sign it I may get fired, but if I do and get fired I lose my accrued vaca time. What should I do?

I'm a very young looking and acting 50 yr old woman. I'm very independent and have met a couple of men recently that told me they no longer want to see me because they like me to much. What in the heck does that mean? I had a very close caring not dependent on them relationship, but they just dropped me like a rock. I don't call them, only many (emphasis on "maybe") once a week. I'm not needy, but just want to be a friend to spend time with someone. Why do men keep doing this to me. I wish I could attach a pic so you could see I'm not an ugly 50, and very active. I really want to understand.

A little history, for about the past 6 weeks I have had itching (outside), burning when I urinate, but no added frequency, discharge (clear to a light yellow color - no odor). I went to the doctor to be tested for STD, (not it), yeast infection (not it - plus had two doses of Dyflucan and 2 weeks of Monistat 7), urinary infection (nope, plus I have been taking AZO daily)! I have stopped shaving, using any kind of soap, and even bought new underwear in case I was allergic to my laundry soap. It's not getting any better. I am peri-menopause, not sure if that is it. I'm just tired of changing underwear twice a day and just not feeling comfortable. Could I be allergic to something and not realize what it is? Am I just going to have to live with this? I'm also not sexually active, so count that out. I'm 50 yrs old and have never had this before, any help would be greatly appreciated. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask! I had my annual physical the end of last July, I had been diagnosed with HPV previously, but had an all clear last July, Now it's Feb, 2011 and have been fighting what I think is a yeast infection or a urinary tract infection. I have been dealing with this on my own for 3 weeks. I have had sex with my boyfriend 3 times since I met him in December, but don't want to think in my worst nightmare I have an STD. Please tell me that now that I'm 50 I have to deal with something like this; or could it be something else. I have heard being pre menopause could cause some of these symptoms I have been subscribed Difucan for the yeast and I have used Azo for the urinary. I'm scared cause I'm not a very sexual person and am in a new relationship. I'm already going to call my Dr. tomorrow, but if you can give me some idea's I'd really appreciate it.

omg how long do I have to wait before it's over? I started my period at 13 and all the women in my family have had hysterectomies. How long do I have to wait for it (monthy cycles)to be over?

We hooked up with each other on a friday night a month ago and have seen each other one night each week. Some with sex some without. He works 7 days a week, which is fine being a single woman who owns a home and always lots to keep me busy. The thing is he's a great guy, loves his only child (daughter), and every weekend at his grandmothers to help her out. I can so see us together, cause my son is the same age as his daughter and I also help people out. I just don't feel the connection when we are together. He kisses me, but kinda like an old friend would (unless he wants sex), I just want to talk to him to see what the F is up; or can you tell me? I worked two weeks at a job that I had to take due to no unemployment and looking for work for almost 3 yrs. I was told there was a glitch in the system, but did not get my check last Friday! I had plans being my son's open house is the 26th to do work on my yard, grill, have to buy new shoe's (per the company request) and now have no time to do it unless after work. Remind you I am on my feet for 8 hrs a day and am 50 yrs old! I don't mind the work, but this lack of pay has put me behind for the event by two days. I want to ask for 1/2 day off on Friday to try to catch up. How can I ask for that time off without being persicuted or possibly fired, but let them know how this lack of timelyness pay on their part has put me behind.

My ex boyfriend who I haven't slept with in over a yr called me and says he has warts on his penis! Now he's blaming me! I have not slept with anyone other and my ex husband. I called my ex husband (how embarrassing) to see if he has any of the same symptoms. THANK GOD he doesn't. Now my ex boyfriend is telling me he's going to spread the word that I'm a skank and have VD. I think he's crazy! I'm making a doctor appointment to find out if HE gave it to me!

I have been single for more then 2 yrs. Most guys that hit on my are in their 30's. That is my Daughters age and don't feel comfortable and don't want to be a surrogate Mom to someone my age or younger for that matter. I had my dentist make me a bite guard. It won't stay in; I've bought them at the store and they also won't stay in. Has anyone ever heard of or used denture adhesive to keep them in? If there are any other idea's I'm ready to listen, cause my grinding is really doing serious damage to my teeth. I haven't been able to eat solids since June!

My ex beat my *** about 1 year ago, I have been friends with the extended family than this week (remind you a yr later ) he wants the few belongings he left here and after him hitting me and voicemails threatening my life, I'm not wanting him on my property. He has a Chello and am not going to leave it outside in the rainy Michigan weather and the have the repocusions of it being rend. When then am I the bad guy. I babysat this man for 2 yrs and loaned him WAY to much money because I " loved" him. Now that it's time for him to pay me back I'm the ***** and the " N...g...r. woman who never met anything to him. Why was I good enough to take my money and live with for 2 yrs and take my money. Why do they not speak to me when all I tried to do is help this loser!?

My boyfriend blames me for any and everything that has gone bad in our relationship. I use to have excellent credit until the company I worked for 2 yrs ago went out of business. He lived with me working on and off for 2 yrs but never made a commitment to really be a part of the household responsibilities. So after a yr of him not helping out financially, I asked him to leave. He hit me that night, but I forgave him based on the situation having to move back in with his parents. Since then if he can't reach me by telephone I'm screwing around on him. He calls me at least 3 times a day and I've gotten use to it and don't really want to break up, but I really don't see where this is going. It's like I'm in a comfortable pair of shoes, but not sure if I really want them, but scared to let him go in case I'm just stressed about sending out resume after resume, interview after interview, having lost my car and filing bankruptcy if it's him or me. How do you know when we only see each other about once every three months. He lives about an hour and a half away and he lost his vehicle too. I don't know what to do. I don't want to be trapped in a relationship that's not going anywhere, but I don't want to leave him cause I'm not interested in meeting anyone new because of my situation.

About a year a go my Son met this girl. Since the beginning she has played games with him. My son is not a very social kid; he has his buddies who he hangs with, but is not out getting into trouble. Mostly plays video games or on the computer. Since he met this girl, I have seen her hurt him emotionally and physically. I have tried to keep them apart. He wants to be a fireman after high school and works at this dads body shop. About 2 weeks ago he told me he was going to drive to Atlanta Ga by himself to see her. She is living with her aunt; as her dad and step mom threw her out. We live in Michigan and he has never been anywhere out of state by himself. First I tried to stop him, but since he's 18 the only thing I could threaten him with is to go live with his dad if he decided to go. I realized this would be a mistake (making him move) cause I'm the only parent who cares about him. My ex fixes everything with money, not compassion. So yesterday my son called and told me he's bringing the girlfriend home cause she lost her job. She has no where to go, no job and I know if I don't let her stay for a few days my son will not come home. I'm willing to let her stay for a few days to get a job, but I want to know what I should do? I'm a single mom, have raised a daughter whose happliy married with 2 kids. She won't help as she doesn't want to get into the middle of it. I just feel like I'm the only one who gives a crap about my son. Tomorrow they will be here and not sure what to do, say, think or ask! Can anyone give me some advise?

I've been divorced for 4 years and still love my ex-husband but don't know how to convince him I did not cheat and still want a relationship with him. We talk about once a month, he's very friendly, and compassionate, but I don't know how to open up conversation to clear this up?

I applied for a job a my friends company. I didn't let him know because I wanted to be hired on my own. After two interviews I was not picked. I then called my friend. He told me if he had known he would have hired me. Then he goes on to say he has another position he'd like to see me in. How long should I wait, ask questions or give up? I've been looking diligently for a year and a half with no luck. I'm very qualified for most administration jobs with 20 years experience. I still look, but kinda disappointed.
