one by one they have all died. Have had tank for 4 years and never had a problem. I am afraid to buy new fish. Still have 4 other fish a bit larger (1-3 inch across). What could be causing. I have never overfed... and they have always lived fine together... just began to die a week ago... Suggestions?

It is healthy- found few days ago- outdoor cat did this but i see no wounds- just internal wing fracture- it flops about two times a day, i think due to balance- can not get to vet- i have in a pet carrier- i need to try to help it and pretty certain only wing needs to be stabilized. can anyone help this little bird and myself ,please?

My friend has a US citizen ex-spouse who is employed overseas. He lives in US and pays support to her (1/3 of his pension). He's disabled on fixed 32K income.

She makes above 70k per year and he would like to have his alimony to her stopped. She has invested in homes abroad. She claims she needs the alimony even tho her income is much greater than 70K. She admits to paying US taxes on her overseas earnings (therefore we know she makes above 70K). He questions how much she makes and would like to find out.

It is my understanding that when a US citizen is employed abroad, IRS taxes all income that 'greater than 70 K'. His income barely provides for costly medications. He struggles financially to make ends meet for himself and even must go to a food bank . 32K disqualifies him for any assistance. Can he go before a judge to have the alimony discontinued on grounds that her earnings are many times greater than his. Please kindly help... and thank you for your care and advice.

Just started 12 month apt lease- I AM DISABLED and find there are pit bulls / rotweillers when I was told absolutely no viscious dogs around. My cerebal palsy makes me walk funny and I was even stalked twice by pit bulls (dogs not on leash but between me and their owners initiated cat-like ) I walk in a weird way & fear i will frighten a dog. Also I freeze becoming defenseless, I fear these dogs and feel I must leave. I think the manager broke our lease agreement when he stated there are NO dogs such as these allowed. It was discussed prior to signing lease. Now, after the fact, manager states some of these dogs were grandfathered in. I see baby pits around also & so wonder. This is extreme problem for my well being and plan to move tomorrow. I have been here 3 weeks only.

I MUST MOVE!!

I cared for a friend who had cirrosos and at her end stage her body self poisened itself due to loss of liver function and she had weird behaviors.... from very friendly... to agitated... to coma... and death. I am seeking to find out symptoms of what happens last couple weeks of emphysema and at death. This will help me to be prepared and help others in my family.

What to expect at court... what to say to judge ... how to plea... and what will be out come... since ill, can we rqst house arrest if needed.... how many days if any....PLS help and advise of ins/outs best you can.
