I want to figure out how to rate my intensity level for the stationary bike. Everything I read just gives low, moderate & high, which is great but how do I determine that? I think I'm working out at a moderate intensity but isn't there a mathematical way to determine that? For example today I rode for 4.58 miles in 20 mins. Is there a way to use that information to determine what level I was working out? I've search everywhere but I can't seem to find an answer. Help! Please and Thank You! :)

Anyone know if any special offers or deals being offered in the Niagara Falls area in August?

My husband and I are thinking about staying at Old Stone Inn in Niagara Falls...Anyone stayed there or know anything about this place? I would like to know where exactly it is located? Is it near anything or at least within walking distance? I have heard that it's about a 10 min walk from the Clifton Hill area?

My husband and I are planning to go to Niagara Falls for our first wedding anniversary in August. We are looking for a place to stay that's close to everything so we can walk to see the falls, shopping etc. We don't want to spend $300 a night. Any suggestions for something a little cheaper, around $150 a night? Also any suggestions on must see/do things while we are there (my first time) would be appreciated! Thanks! :)

My Chihuahua was vaccinated about the 3 weeks ago. She had a very bad allergic reaction as soon as the shots were given (vomiting, diarrhea, trouble breathing). The vet gave her a injection and sent us home. She has sick for the rest of that day and all night but seemed OK the next day. Since then she had a few times were she vomited and then a couple of days of diarrhea, but we didn't think much of it, just thought she ate something that didn't agree with her. Then 2 weeks later she started vomiting and just didn't stop. We took her to the vet, they say it's not related to the shots. They have tried a couple of different med's but nothing seems to work. She's been really sick for over a week now and she's lost soooo much weight. I still think this was caused by the vaccinations. I'm wondering if anyone else has had a reaction that lasted or caused problems weeks later?

When I try to open iTunes I get a message that the My Music path can not be located. I get the same message when I try to uninstall it....Any ideas?

I am getting married soon and my 94 year old grandmother wants a new dress to wear to the wedding. Can anyone recommend an online store that sells dresses that would be appropriate for a elderly woman? I can't seem to find anything that someone from her generation would wear. HELP!!!! Thanks.

Has anyone ever stayed at the Starfish Trelawny in Falmouth, Jamaica? Any information on the resort such as best rooms, resturants, things to do/not do, best food, tips, etc would be greatly appreciated. Also about how long of a bus ride is it from the Montego Bay airport?

We are having an outdoor wedding in early August. The service will be in the evening, but in August, who knows how hot it may still be. My fiancee gets hot very easily and I don't want him to miserable, but I also want him to look nice for our wedding pictures. I'm afraid if I make him wear the traditional full tux with the vest & jacket, that he'll have a heat stroke!!! Not how I want to start my marriage!! LOL Any suggestions? Don't say pick a cooler month, the date is set in stone! :)

I am in the process of registering my Chihuahua and I need a full name for her. We named her Chica (girl in spanish) so for her full name I'm thinking either "Pretty little girl" or "Daddy's little girl" can someone tell me how to properly say these in spanish? We already have a female Chihuahua named Tequila. We are now getting a new Chihuahua puppy (also a girl) and need a good name for her. I would like to stick with a mexican name if possible, but any suggestions would be appreciated.

We are going for a two week stay in Punta Cana in May and I'm just wondering about the weather? I've read that May could be a bit rainy, but I'm not sure if that means just a quick shower in the afternoon or actual all day rainy days.

We usually stay at one of the Riu resorts but wanted to try something new this year. It will be for two couples, no kids.
