My direct TV box wont reconize the antenna. It finds my local channels but it wont accouire the signal. When i plug it ito the back of my TV it comes through crystal clear. Whats wrong...?

I am tring to plug in my channels in to my player. My pre-amp connections are only 2 black wires

(it says its mono) but my wires from the amp are red and white. Can i just plug them in any oldway.

When i plug my headphones into my ipod (1st gen) all i hear is a static beat of my music. My headphones are fine (Bose in-ear Headphones) I cant get apple to do anything and i dont want a new iPod.

Is there anything I can do to boost the power on my radio. Eather internal or external. I use them in a very heavly wooded mountain valley and i cant seem to find a good enough radio to suit. CB's are good but too big. And no cell phone signal.

i have tried everything. reseting the box. running CMD then ipconfig tells me the same thing. Nothing. HELP

I just bought a linksys wireless g router. the range is horrible. i go one room away and its already down to 2 bars. my wireless g router got way better range than this. whats wrong? my laptop is running wireless g but i heard its compatible both ways. also i had to buy a new router. my old one stopped working. also any tips for a LINKSYS router that will gve me extreme range on a wireless g band

I have a choice of upgrading my intel celeron 550 processor(2.0GHz, 533Mhz, 1M L2 Cache) to a Intel Pentium Dual Core T2390 (1.86GHz/533Mhz/FSB/1MB Cache) Or go from a 1GB Shared Dual Channel at 667MHz to a 2GB Shared Dual Channel at 667 MHz. The computer is running on Windows Vista Premium Home Edition SP1. I will mostly use it for internet and games. Which upgrade will benefit me more.
