or

Voici la voiture. C'est rouge.

Can anyone explain when to use "c'est" and "il est/elle est"?

Whenever someone is shot in Saving Private Ryan a bunch of dust comes out of the wound, with a little blood. Why would there be dust when you get shot? For example, in Call of Duty when you kill someone it's just an explosion of blood, no smoke/dust. I'm just wondering, which one is more accurate?

I was looking on ebay for a 5th gen video ipod, and i found one for a good price, but the picture showed an ipod with a splitscreen, which i know the classic has (i hate the classic). The headline says it's a 5th gen, but i'm not so sure anymore. any advice? does the 5th gen have split screen? (in the main menu, and stuff)?

UGH!!! I just got a brand new Ipod Classic, but it rarely plays songs. When i turn it on and go to a song, the "play" icon is on at the top of the screen, but no sound comes out, and the bar doesn't move. If i turn it off and on 4-5 times, it eventually works. I've restored it twice, but that doesn't seem to do it. I've taken all the coverflow off, i've tried everything including calling apple (big help, not!!!), but i am having no luck. Please help!

I just got an ipod classic, but it's a piece of junk, so i'm going to return it and go for an ipod video. Unfortunately the place where i got my classic for a good price doesn't sell video ipods, and none of the good shopping websites have any, because they've all switched to classics. Any suggestions? i'm looking for an 80 gb $200-$250.

keep in mind i can get either, but should i get a zune or ipod (both 80gb)? I know zune has a little bigger screen, but it's got shorter battery life and stuff. So, which one should i pick?

My ibm thinkpad starts up fine, but after about five minutes after logging in, The screen goes black. But it didn't turn off, because you can still here the harddrive, and the screen is slightly lit. Then i either have to wait till it runs out of battery, or take out the battery.
