My fiance and I invited my family over for lunch and dinner for xmas which was planned a few weeks before hand and was confirmed that was going to be definate. The day of xmas my family calls me and tells me that they will not be coming over because the parents are arguing. They expected me to drop off my brother and sister (whom slept over) back home and bring the rest of the gifts with them for them to open.

We spent a lot of money buying food and preparing for the day that will keep over 10 people entertained.

After dropping off my brother and sister and dropping off the other gifts for everyone else, I never got a call back saying thank you for the gifts or at least an apology that we went through so much preperation.

... they're all at different stages of life on a professional level?

im a store manager at an outlet store in berkeley. i manage a 52 yr old, 32 yr old, 24 yr old, 22 yr old and 20 yr old (all of which are females). im going on 22 this dec.

im going on a road trip vacation with my fiance and we driving up to seattle during the night and spend a couple of days there. when we start making our way back to california we want to stop at some places that might be fun.... any suggestions?
