I rolled my foot outward yesterday and the pain has gotten worse over time. It's been over 12 hours with no bruising, but significant pain. I don't have health insurance, but need my foot to take care of my little ones. I did some research online and found the pain is on or near the fifth metatarsal. Please help. Thanks.

She used to tell me she loved me, but said I hurt her too much. So I moved cross country, but we remain the closest of friends. She wants me to visit for Thanksgiving. I tell her I love her and never expect to hear it back. She says she cares very deeply. Do you think she loves me? I don't want to get my hopes up. Besides, I wouldn't know how it would work since we're so far apart geographically. I feel like we are so in sync with each other. She's kind of a loner and says we would argue about things if we were to get together. I think it's petty what she thinks we would fight about. I'm soooo in love with her. I don't know what to do.
