I got a moving violation ticket on tuesday for going through a "No Entrance" way and got pulled over for it. It was my first time getting pulled over, no one was hurt, I didn't know I was doing it, and now it's forever on my driving record (for 5 years but that is forever in my eyes)

Would you have given me a ticket?

How would I go about fighting this one in court? Would it help it being my first time being pulled over?

We have American Family Insurance, do you know if my rates will go up if I go to traffic school to get the points back? I don't want to contact American Family and tip them off but I'm having a hard time getting specific info about American Family and tickets.

I'm an envirornmentalist, i bike as much as i can, turn off lights to an obsessive point and am extremely mad about the gulf coast situation. it's bad for absolutely everyone.

i don't live near the gulf coast but would like to make an effort to help the situation. what can i do besides give money to charities? are there any known oppertunities where i could help out, hands on?

most of the relationships in my family (including parents) are either at their breaking point or are divorced. the newest one is my cousin is getting divorced from the girl he's dated his entire life after a 3 yr marriage, and i don't see a point to dating because of how it always seems to end up. and about all of my friends seem to be dating someone or like someone and don't understand why i don't care about it at all.

do you think this problem would go away or i should see a therapist?

i have my ear lobes pierced twice on both ears. two sets of earrings. i got the second set pierced in the begining of july and yesterday the right one felt irritated and there was some discharge.

should i leave the earring out until it heals? and how much time do i have before the hole would close up? it would hurt too much to put an earring back in it right now but i don't know how long i should wait to try again.

i have an odd... undercoat of hair that is very soft and wonderful, and then on some parts of the top layer of my hair in the center back it is very dry. especially when i air dry it or with a hairdryer. is there a way to make my hair more glossy and shiny?

i should also say i have very thick hair due to german heritage, so that might be part of why it gets dry is because there is so much nutrients that needs to be spread to my hair. i'm also a very dark blonde

i am a very confident and outgoing and i know this for a fact. the last guy i went out with was pretty much my opposite. he was quiet and didn't really stand up for himself or me but he also knew i could take care of myself but i was never happy with the relationship.

it seems that most of my friends that aren't as confident with themselfs or are less independent always have boyfriends.

is it that guys like going out with girls that are less confident and fun because they get to feel like they wear the pants in the relationship? and i don't want to change myself but i want to see what guys think.

i'd rather feel like two equals in a relationship but it seems like the only guys i attract are quiet and i would much appreciate going out with a guy more like myself that's very confident, even if he was a little cocky because at least he would appear confident.

what are your thoughts on this guys?

my best friend has been acting strange lately. usually we tell each other everything that's going on in our lives, but lately i've been finding out everything through mutual friends. nothing he says is original anymore. and he keeps obsessing over this girl and gets mad at me if she blows off plans with him. is there anything i can do to change his attitude? he is starting to piss me off.

i get checked out all the time but never really know what to do. some of the guys i would want to go up to but i wouldn't know what to say really. guys what would you want to happen if you were checking out a girl and she started to walk up to you? is there a PG rated quote you'd want the girl to say?

i went to a midnight screening of "the watchmen" yesterday with some friends, but i had a long week, and was pretty tired by the time the movie started. i stayed awake all the way throught the movie (for the most part) but i think i fell asleep at the final climax of the movie (you know when you clonk out but you don't realize it until what was happening before you closed your eyes is totally different when you open them again, but you don't realize you were sleeping?)

anyhow, could someone help know what happened? when i woke up it was when silk spectra was talking to her mom and telling her the only reason she liked dr. manhattan was because he gave her her daughter, or something like that.

so where i work is having a breast cancer awareness day tomorrow and they are giving a pink hair extension to anyone who wants one. i've never had hair extensions before, do i have to cut the hair after 6 weeks or is there a glue or gel to get it out? anything would hep thanx!

meet a celebrity i wanted to meet (actually got to meet 6 celebrities, selena gomez and the top five of the last comic standing finalists (that was the coolest night ever to get to meet all of them!)

okay, i went to a Last Comic Standing tour yesterday and got my ticket, my hat, and my shirt signed by the top five comics. on the hat, one signature is on the outer rim that you would see, three are on the "under" rim that would be out of the sun, and two on the inner part of the hat. the hat was signed with a silver sharpie, except one signature was done in black. i would have had them signed all with black sharpie, but the hat is a dark blue and they wouldn't have shown through. and with the shirt one of the signatures is in blue, while the rest are done in a marker safe for washing and they won't fade, but i'm not sure about the blue signature... i've heard that heat can hold a signature, and i've heard that hairspray can HOLD a signature, and i've hear that it will REMOVE an autograph. does anyone have any accounts on what will work personally? anything would be appreciated except DON"T TELL ME NOT TO WEAR THE STUFF CUZ I WILL BE WEARING IT! just advise on help holding the signatures please, thanx in advance! :)

hi, i've been thinking about getting my ears pierced for several months now, but i am VERY nervous about infections, i could care less about what it feels like to have them pierced, but i had three ear surgeries when i was ages three, four, and six, so i am always nervous when it comes to unexpected trips to the doctor. i am going to just get my ear lobes pierced, and it will be done most likely at Icing, since i don't know where else to go in my town for ear piercing. what is the worst infection i could get from this? how would it be treated? i don't know if i'm allergic to any metals, but would it be okay to having them pierced with titanium ( i was planning on getting the 4 mm white gold balls, because i wasn't sure about titanium)? (i came THIS close to having them pierced today but got freaked out and left because i wasn't sure about infections, that's how bad my fear is.) thank you for appropriate answers.

i've been thinking a little bit about getting my ears pierced for about half a year, but i'm not completely sure yet. i've had three ear sugeries from when i was young so i am very nervous about getting my ears pierced and getting an infection. just in the ear lobes is where i would get them pierced. does anyone know the safest place to get them pierced? what kind of materials the earrings are safest to get put in, how to clean my ears, anything to help me? no one in my house has their ears pierced, so i'm depending on you guys! lol. thanx

okay, what exercises will help make the "bump" in my inner knee go away, get much leaner thighs and lose all the muscle mass in my calves? i would REALLY like to have really lean legs and be maybe a size 6 or 4. (i have pretty big bones so i know size 2 is probably out of the question.) i'm so tired of haveing these bulging legs and being a size 10! i used to bike a lot but then my pants size went up so now i've stopped biking so much but i've been walking maybe a mile every night for a week now and doing 10 minutes of lunges every 4 or 5 days. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i looked it up on iTunes and it said it doesn't exist. is it a new album that it might not be on iTunes yet or is it the content of the album or something? does anyone know how i could get that song on iTunes or do i just have to wait until the song comes along?
